It's a late review regarding Christmas delivery. I ordered chicken for Christmas but it was substituted with sausages.
We received a phone call a few hours later and were told that they were aware that this was not an adequate substitute.
We had the chicken the next day delivered in a private car and we certainly did not expect that.
Now THIS is customer service! Many thanks from local customers.

I'm always a massive fan of Asda, and the price is great! The price for petrol is cheap and the product quality is always good. The staff are helpful and friendly, while the tills remain as good as usual

I like shopping at this Asda because everything is on the ground floor and the parking is easy when it's not raining (although they have way too many disabled spaces that are never filled so if it's raining you might get wet walking back to the car).
Staff are very helpful and it's a pleasant place to shop.

A superstore for sure. Big, with everything you need all under 1 roof. Aisles are clearly signposted to help you find what you are looking for. Tills with checkout staff, as well as plenty of self scan machines. An Asda petrol station, self service, also on site which is handy.

Local superstore. I don’t like they change the aisle quiet often 😀 once you confident you know everything where it is, next day it’s completely somewhere else. BUT lots of staff working so you can always ask for help. I like the clearance sections, you can always get something super cheap.

A word of thanks for Pedro. Always quick to respond and help at the self-service checkouts and always seems to be on shift. He clearly works very hard. Thx again for your help today Pedro and we’ll done !

Well-stocked branch with plenty of choice of fresh & tinned/ frozen foods, fruit & veg, bakery items, delicatessen, snacks, drinks, alcohol, and household items. Also a good section with DVDs & CDs, books, games, etc. The photo machine is a godsend, and saves going to a Boots branch separately. With its own pharmacy, it is the best place to do a weekend shop within several miles of where we live. Prices are very competitive & the petrol station completes the package. Excellent, & all the staff are very helpful with any queries or just to help sort out things at the self service tills & checkouts. The cafe/restaurant is very good, and provides a welcome break before or after shopping.

Outstanding Service From Samantha ! Great, pro-active customer service in Asda today from 'Samantha'. Firstly, out of nowhere, suddenly appeared to authorise the checkout as I was buying beers and meds, and then, when I had a prob with my pack of bananas, went and changed them despite clearly being very busy. Staff in this store are often maligned. The service today from this member of staff was superb. Well done and thank u!

The Asda store in Burgh Heath is really good. Good prices and very helpful staff. The only downside is the loss of access from the woodland. I now have to enter via the front footpath - an extra 200 yards to travel. Why have they put up a fence to stop woodland access? It seems stupid too me and a great loss.

Free parking and plenty of spaces. Small wheelie baskets and trolleys available. Vast range of products including clothes, homeware, food and drink. I came in to get dinner and walked out with a brimming basket of items at good prices - I notice price, so will only buy if competitive. Plenty of tills; both manned and self-service. Travel money booth and customer service desk at entrance.

A good big grocery store in the area with plenty of choice, great prices and deals. A boon to the local neighbourhood as there is no other store in the area that can match the same range of products and prices. Also has a fuel pump, again with competitive prices. Plenty of parking space. Open long hours except Sunday.

I'm really impressed as Asda have kept myself and my care worker colleagues refuelled and able to continue supporting vulnerable people within the community. Asda staff outside Asda are ensuring that no one pushes in front of the queue. Thank you Asda and all your staff.

Convenient supermarket, great selection of products. Fuel station is on site. Nice, big car park with spaces available normally.

Good Store, one of the best ASDA, and inexpensive. Great friendly staff, especially at Customer Service. Only gripes are that self service tills often have issues, and won't accept discount vouchers without staff intervention, (they used to), which slows down checkout time. Two improvemens I would like is an electronic store guide, both on-line and in store. In store would help if looking for less popular items (e.g. type in Tahiti, and the guide would say isle 31, top shelf left), on-line store plan would help in planning a visit, and prompting for items to buy. It would also be helpful to have self-scan as the fastest way to checkout. Minor gripes and suggestions aside, a really good place to shop overall

We cannot speak highly enough of James who helped my wife and I with our shopping on Saturday evening. Through a technical difficulty the 'Click and Collect' facility was out of action. James went out of his way to ensure we went home with the vast majority of our shopping in spite of the store closing shortly after we arrived. We are in his debt.

Good cheap local petrol is the main draw . . .while you're there you might as well use the supermarket keep the fuel costs down save on milage . .
As for the supermarket itself it's the same as all other ASDA superstores. . .good value for money for some things . . . in terms of product ranges and quality . . . it's the same as all the leading supermarkets . . . .you won't get ought for nought . . .so you get exactly what you pay for . . .don't expect to get the finest foods from the lower product ranges

I visit Asda quite often both for clothes and grocery shopping.. Tesco is a 10 min drive from me but takes 30 mins to get to asda and i would rather drive the extra time to get here as the staff are so much friendlier and more helpful at asda. I am in a wheelchair so have often asked staff to reach things for me, and they always go out of their way to ensure i can get all i need. Thank you Asda.
