I purchase regularly from Suffolk fasteners, and use several fasteners from them in the building of our product. They are reliable, fast service, and cheap, which in today's climate is becoming more and more scarce. Emma handles all of our orders, and is always prepared to go above and beyond for us. I recommend them to any other companies in the area, 10/10!

Brilliant service, Emma goes above and beyond to help. I would thoroughly recommend this business. If they don't have it they will make every effort to source it. Distance is no problem, they post all the way down here in Cornwall. I would give six stars if I could.

Emma was an incredible help just needing a couple of screws, took her time and found the exact ones and was really patient with my questions. Even posted them out to me in Holbrook! 10/10 would recommend for quality customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely brilliant place! You want nuts, bolts, any other fastenins, building glues, spanners, grinding disks, and loads of other things. Service is fantastic and prices for quality products entirely fair. First time ever I give five stars and they deserve it.

Great place to go if you need one nut and bolt or 1000s of them. Very helpful staff. Great if you doing up a old car, motorbike, or grandfather clock with all those odd size screw they will probably have them. If not will order them in. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful support from Suffolk Fasteners with an unusual size (old) grub screw yesterday. They have always stocked what I have needed, but most unusually this time could not meet my need. Instead, they gave me the exact thread and size so I could source elsewhere. They are very friendly too. Despite the very small value, nothing was too much trouble.

Emma at Suffolk Fstenings has been an absolute star in finding me an unusual Imperial engineered brass screw that I've been searching for for 8 years to screw a knob onto a chest of drawers I bought 2nd hand. I'd looked everywhere and not come up with anything. I sent her one of the other screws I had and she managed to match it up through one of her suppliers. She kept in touch with me throughout, giving me prices etc. Very prompt delivery once she had them, and now my chest of drawers is complete at last! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience of connecting with this gem of a company! Old fashioned customer service at it's best! Thanks Emma!

Never normally do reviews but service and staff here outstanding. Needed a couple of very small screws for my bike and they didn't even charge me!

This is one of those rare, secret little Gold mine places, if you're looking for any kind of nuts , bolts , washers etc especially in the automotive world, look no further - these guys can & do help .... at a fraction of OEM parts costs.
