We needed a data only sim and then had to cancel it and There’s an awesome chap in there who was super helpful and friendly and pro active on both days I just wish I’d got his name to give him a shout out. The cancel process at o2 means you have to call up customer service but he got us through etc etc. Thank you.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time with a broken IPhone and could not have wished for better customer service. I was served by a man named Paul (I think, sorry if I'm wrong) who was so so helpful!!! He gave me an early upgrade so I could leave with a working phone but not only that he backed up everything from my old phone and I actually left the shop with a brand new phone containing every bit of data from my old one! The whole team were lovely and friendly and it was some of the best customer service I have ever received! 100% recommend them in a crisis. Thank you!!!

Very helpful. Many designs/ makes of phones to choose from. Tariffs to suit most pockets. Will transfer items from old phone to the new one.

Hi the assistant Lauren at the Chelmsford branch was a really lovely helpful young lady , very knowledgeable, she sorted my problem out with my emails , which was much better than the technical team at customer services 02 that said they couldn't help me I give her 5 stars for customer service.
