Had a lovely bowl of chips in here with a cold drink. Staff very pleasant and friendly they went out there way to help us with getting the chips, as it was past there serving time. I was very Impressed. We had ice cream which was a really good price . The food up there is not very expensive. Its affordable. The cafe has plenty of seats and laid out well. I recommend this restaurant to have a meal or even a snack.

That man Tyler in men’s perfume deserves a pay rise! Warm customer service and helpful comments. He has passion!

Visited ‘ The Place To Eat’ just after 11am for coffee and scone/cake. Plenty of choice. Whilst choosing our drinks the young lady working at the till came over to offer assistance and to point out offers. She was very friendly, polite and helpful. I hope she gets recognition from her managers.

Picked up new AirPods back in December. Staff were polite and easy and quick pick-up service. AirPods packaged well.

Had a fantastic experience with the manager (I believe his name is Ricardo?) at Sunglasses area within John Lewis Chelmsford. He took the time, gave expertise and clear advice on which Raybans to buy. He was working alone during a busy bank holiday but we never felt rushed. 10/10 customer service. Thank you so much!

Great store, very competitive prices for white goods, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Dog friendly and even has direct undercover access from a large understore car park. A1

Amazing service from technical department. My phone run out of battery I couldn’t get through to my partner. They let me charge my phone quickly and was really friendly and polite. Thank you so much it ment a lot them letting me charge my phone as I was really stuck.

Also whilst I’ve done my shopping all staff in beauty department and home department really polite professional and helpful

Best John Lewis store I’ve been to. Staff across are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s always such a pleasure going into this store.
I especially love the baby changing room and seating area that I often use to feed my baby away from distractions.

I was looking for a particular item not in stock. Staff were accommodating, friendly, engaging and explained how I could use the John Lewis app to make orders. Impressive store that I wil likely visit again.

Visited today and purchased a very mundane item for the nursery for my grandchildren managed to forget it when we visited the café. Upon my return the staff had thoughtfully put it aside for us. Thank you.

Great service , I purchased 2 pillows to replace our exhausted and flattened old ones .
Best nights sleep in years , fell asleep in seconds and very comfortable.
Can’t wait to take them home and try them .

Although this store is not as large as some it has a very welcoming feel. We were very impressed yesterday by a delightful young lady promoting 'Dyson fans'. She was extremely versed on the subject without being pushy and we ended up being the owners of our second 'Dyson' fan. The coffee shops are both very good and customer service is very good. All in all, a very good addition to Chelmsford.

Great service, Staff really on the ball. No queing at check outs at all. Disappointed to loose the Nespresso Coffee Pods but can understand why.
