I came here with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised at the vast choice of vehicles and how prestigious some of them were on site. The staff were welcoming and attentive and extremely professional.
The lovely receptionists were so pleasant and helpful and staff members ensured we were being looked after.
I would highly recommend this establishment if you are in the market for a used approved car.

5 stars is for the company but for Sam, I have to give him 10 stars. I sold my Range Rover and Sam made the process really easy. His customer service and attention to detail throughout the whole buying process was amazing. Sam was very professional and was very welcoming. And the prices they pay you for your car is good. I would highly recommend everyone who wants to sell their car to go to Sam.

A great experience from start to finish. After a 2 hour drive, attentive staff, a cup of tea and Ellie showed us our potential car. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
The buying process was easy and quick and Jake made everything clear and simple for us.

Tom and Jen offered first class service when I purchased my Mercedes E Class. The car was presented in amazing condition and the handover was extremely efficient with both Jen and Tom being informative and in the know about the car and its features. I’m very impressed!

As a car dealer it’s always interesting visiting other car dealers. Generally I avoid it but with specialist cars you’ve got to cast your net further. Buying a Porsche sports car from a 4x4 dealer may not be everyone’s thing but for me it’s all about the car and Saxton’s was way better than the one I’d seen at Porsche and so much cheaper I can buy the Porsche warranty and have change. So a good car but poor customer service can still ruin what should be a great experience. So I’m pleased to report everyone I encountered was professional and enthusiastic, Mason, Jenna and especially Ellie who is a true petrol head and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work

I came to look at a car, was met by a welcoming receptionist, Glyndon was the sales man who was absolutely incredible, easy to speak with, well mannered, lovely character done his up most for me and my friend who has disabilities. My experiance at Saxon was superb!
Having bought my previous car from a main dealership where I thought customer service, honestly and trustworthiness should be a priority, but sadly found this not to be the case, too late I was sceptical. My fears were overcome in all my interactions with Saxton.
I arranged a test drive and on arrival my overall impression of the dealership was good. Once I met Daniel, who took care of me during my test drive and further answered all my questions I came away from this 1st meeting with a lot of confidence that I most probably would be back.
I subsequently arranged another test drive at a different dealership but because of my positive interactions with Daniel, I returned to Saxton and completed the purchase of my new car.
My trust in car sales has been returned.
I have only ever been treated with respect and honesty from Daniel which is refreshing!
The choice of 1st class vehicles is a little overwhelming.
I collected my car, and drove away very happy, it was spotless,
On collection Daniel made sure I was comfortable with all the controls, seating, heating and that my phone was safely set up and connected meaning my journey home was a relaxing time where I could just enjoy what the new car had to offer in comfort and performance and not worry about things we take for granted these days, like lights & wipers!
Still learning about my new car, it's only been 4 days, but so far, my experience with Saxton had been faultless.
