Tesco Express

I was taken ill (have recently been diagnosed with COPD and the breathlessness can make me dizzy) outside Tesco Express Moulsham Street Chelmsford. The staff got me a chair and some water and when I felt a bit better called me a taxi. I would just like to record my thanks to everyone

Best store in Essex the young girl called Jessica should be made manager puts the rest off the staff in the shade.
Hope she gets medal dealing with chelmsford chavs who use shop.

Very helpful staff, nice clean shop and near the town centre.

Convenient little Tesco. They have quite a decent selection, but obviously focus on bread/sandwiches for the local businesses. Parking is a bit tricky, but people just tend to park wherever they can and just pop in.

Staff in Moulsham Street shop deserve a medal. They are so helpful and are looking after their older regular customers . Thank you very much .

Very handy & open long hours. Sufficient range of goods etc. Unfortunately sometimes the queues are a bit long but they do try to get more staff on the tills to help.

Its a little difficult to criticise the store as it's local, open long hours and generally stocked with what I want.

The staff are always busy so the tills are rarely staffed with more than one person who if called away for a problem causes a large backlog of customers all eagerly awaiting to get on with their day.

The self scan machines are DIRE.
They frequently fail to recognise yellow labels and often ring up the full price of items that are discounted requiring a return to the back of a very long queue if you like to claim your "bargain"

I have always found the security staff to be cheerful and even helpful to customers who have a problem finding items
