Refill Therapy

Moved to London more than a year ago, I was happy from the beginning to shop in this store.
I like to be flexible with cooking and whatever idea I have, I can pop in to buy i.e. rice, vegetables, sauces, eggs and and and...!.

And for my breakfast, oats, all kinds of nuts, figs which I really love and which taste soooo good from refill therapy.

it is very very friendly. Asking me every time, if I have some wishes they should offer in the shop.

Wonderful store! I usually go to this store once or twice a week to get a cool refreshing drink after an exhausting run around Queen Elizabeth Park and every time I've entered I get greeted with a smile and helpful advice from the staff there. They have all kinds of things from refreshing drinks to beautifully displayed pastas. Definitely worth visiting. Shout out to Sofia and Alice for always being hospitable.

HUGE selection, would recommend going first here, and only then going to a local market chain to buy the rest. But honestly you will find 95% of what you need here.

This is a great shop with a large selection of products, I go here regularly to stock up. Service is always very nice and friendly.

Today me and my classmates went into this shop to complete a questionnaire and the blond lady from New York (sorry didn’t get her name) was so sweet and kind she was more than happy to answer our questions.
The products in the store were all sustainable and the soaps smelt amazing I recommend this shop to anyone who wants amazing environmental kind products and amazing customer service 🫶❤🌎

Fantastic shop! Great range of high quality products, warm friendly service, good for value and an intentional way of living to reduce waste - an absolute no brainer!
Love what they’re doing here, with all products measured by the weight so you can get exactly what you need / can afford. Very good value with prices having stayed stable through the last year and for many items better value than the big supermarkets.
I particularly love the olive oil they stock, really great quality. Also one of the few shops that have honey and body cream refills.
Also very responsive on messaging if you want to check what they have in store before making a trip.

Today we asked a really sweet blonde lady from New York City who worked in this shop to answer our questionnaire. She was incredibly nice and agreed to do it and we are so thankful! The shop was nicely decorated and arranged very neatly ❤❤

My favourite shop in the neighborhood! They're friendly and always striving to improve the availability of all sorts of things. They make it so much easier to reduce packaging in our weekly shop without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend giving them a try!

A very good and well considered product range, very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
This really is and should be what the future of local retail looks like. The perfect addition for any locals wanting to be more mindful of what and how we buy food and household products whist showing consideration for the natural world.

I love this shop and its concept. I go there for most of my refills. Large choices for grains/pastas at the entrances and for cleaning products at the back. Helpful staff too!

Great selection, frozen items I haven't seen in other zero waste shops like pizza dough and wine. I'll try to get here more often
