Store looks clean, and tidy. Specially staff was really helpful and friendly.

The store is huge, clean, tidy, modern, bright, sleek, vibrant, big, convenient and full of clothes. The staff are respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, understanding, supportive, welcoming and sociable. The price of 3 trousers is £18.00 which one trouser cost £6.00 but they were on discount which means 3 trousers is £16.50 that means one trouser cost £5.50 and it is top quality for what you are buying at a good price. I have been there today to buy trousers and I found these good deal on amazing quality trousers for a good price. It was not too far from just 6 stops way from me on the one train line. I am very happy with the experience that I had in this shop today because I had good people who knew where the trousers at the first place which made me want to go there in the future.

It is a great place to find value for money

At the time of visit, there were works in progress so not all areas are accessible. The input of self service checkout card only tills have hugely sped up the process of paying for goods. Do be sure to hold on to your receipt in order to be able to get out of the self service area.

Primary are under going a refurbishment. They have also recently installed self service check outs. No long off queueing. It was fast and efficient for my small shopping.

Checkout by a lovely lady who advised me she was deaf (writing as I hope her manager sees this) and provided very fast and efficient checkout service. She made my experience 10/10. Thank you kind lady!

One of the biggest clothing stores at Stratford London. Primark is quite popular in London and across the UK. The stuff is good for girls specially the lingeries, jeans, tshirts, footwear, bags, wallets, bathing items and make-up items.

The quality is decent and also lots of varieties with latest fashion.

You can also buy a lot of gifts for your friends which may include fragnences, moisturizers, face creams and other skin creams. Prices are also decent and it's big.

The billing is fast but there are long queues.

The store offered a range of budget-friendly products with courteous and supportive staff. Each items were tagged appropriately to ensure easy identification and access..

Although this is just a small store it has a plethora of good quality, low price products in , i went in on a very busy afternoon and still it was clean and that is the reason why I gave 5*, one simply cannot go wrong with primark items as even if you do, there isn't a huge amount of money to worry about. A little observation was that popular sizes (14-18 L-XL) were gone in a few practical items like sweatpants and some tops,probably something to look into.

Good and lovely, but always are busy and long queue, so make sure you have plenty of time before you get there.

Actually very surprised. Very tidy and laid out well. Queues for the tills were very short. Long may it continue.

I have been to so many different Primark stores around the UK but this store has to be one of the tidest and cleanest Primark stores. Lovely experience not having to step over lots of clothes or shoes just left by shoppers on the floor, thank you.
Clothes are such great bargains at sensible prices compared to all the other clothes shops in this centre, why shop anywhere else ?

Primark are a must in this day and age. Many people cannot afford to shop in the higher end stores so Primark are perfect for low price clothing and some household goods. Their size range goes right from 2xs up to XL ranges and more so the vast majority of people will find something suitable. Sometimes there are long lines when you're waiting to pay and it's frustrating to see numerous till points remaining closed. Staff can be hard to find if you have a question but other than that I find it ok.

Primark still giving us amazing outfits on a budget with long queue at the till; approximately a 10-15 minute wait before checkout.
Female clothing go up to a size 20/22.

Loved this shop and how security deals with regular and unknown shoplifters; l have never seen bold and confident shoplifters until this day but the security officers were very professional.

Stuff are affordable there and good customers service.

They do click and collect. Ordered some Christmas gifts for childrens. Click an collect service smooth collection. Would recommend the service
