I went back to cinema today, after 4 whole years! Wonderful experience, the indoor place is clean, environment is very quiet and informal. Popcorns were hot and fresh.
I loved it all together.

Enjoyed my experience here, we watched Smile was a good movie! The staff here were friendly and the cinema was not overcrowded or busy. Good quality screens and standard seating and space. Overall a good cinema. 🙂

Great Cinema in a beautiful location. Come here frequently as it's our local and have the Cineworld card which is a bargain.

Great seats and has always been clean when I've been. Often has special events and screenings so well worth checking out.

I've been going to this cinema for a month so far and I've had a good experience every single time. It's somewhat close to a bunch of shops, which is neat to be able to check them out after a movie. Also it's got good snack options.

Great cinema indeed. It was calm and I liked how nice and spacious the cinema was, definitely enjoyed the movie as well.

Nice cinema nice wide access as I'm disabled . Good space for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Disabled toilet spotless, clean extremely rare so well done Cineworld! I needed support with the doors no one was around😒 I had to shout out for help when I was in the toilet . So that part wasn't pleasant. Not much if a variety hot food wise, it's just nachos. Staff very friendly so yes nice cinema I would go again.

It’s 5 min walk from my home and this is first time i went there. Watched Ninja Turtle. Very nice cinema hall. Atmosphere is good.

This place is very different to many others, The West India Quay Cineworld is closely situated from Westferry DLR is few mins walk. There's loads of buses that stop near by,
parking is defo limited, not the greatest of sign post of parking due to one half or most of it is residential strictly!! So if you don't park properly or check the signs out you'll end up with a ticket or no car when you return so keep an 👀 out!

This cinema has loads of screens and a very friendly staff who are always helpful when your hands are full of popcorn, small munches or weather your keeping an eye out on the little once they are there to help, problem is we don't ask so a lot of people wont get that support.

Very clean n tidy place, no view restriction of curtains being in the way or lights hitting the screen nor is there poor quality of sound in fact it's quite the opposite great surround sound.

Like myself after a good movie whatever it is horror futuristic or action there is always time and space for food if you go around the corner if you walk few minutes there are many outdoor shisha places including restaurants or you could go for a nice romantic walk the choice is yours there is a long list of things you can do in that area check the pictures I've posted there is plenty to do just remember keep an eye on the time we are parking that's time does fly by.

One last thing if you're a fan of cinemas or any type of movies Cineworld your friend they do the special offer call Unlimited Cineworld Card where you pay a monthly charge and you have "Unlimited amount of cinema tickets for free" I just thought I'd add this in and no I don't get paid to say this just to give a bit of advice for movie fans like myself, worth a check online!

Nice seats, plenty of snack options, great value

Went to the cinema today with my husband and the staff were amazing, had a few issues with our voucher which the staff and manager dealt with it fantastically with so much reassurance. Would definitely recommend. A very cosy cinema and not overally packed. The food was great too. 👍😌

It’s great in the sense it’s always quiet however the popcorn 4/5 times I have been has been out a little long and started to have a bad texture.

Has gotten better since 2017. Staff are friendly and efficient. Misplaced my phone there on 2 occasions, staff found it and had booking mistakes on my ticket that they've rectified. Cinema is also well kept and clean, especially during the pandemic. Good atmosphere and one of the better London Cineworlds.

I highly recommend the 4dx with action movies. Is a great experience!! Your seat moves, water splashes you. Scents and smoke coming in the intense scenes. It is worth paying the difference

This Cineworld is only a short walk (maybe 1 minute) from the West India Quay DLR station, which is obviously very convenient. My boyfriend, friend and her boyfriend went today to watch Doctor Strange (not worth watching) but the service at the cinema was impeccable. When we arrived we tried to print our tickets but the screen said there was an error, we found the manager, Charlie, who told us our tickets were for the day before. Cineworld had automatically given us a refund as we didn’t turn up for the film we had booked. Charlie was amazing and helped us book the right film at the right time, got us our snacks and was super friendly! The cinema was super comfortable too.

Actually nice. Not too crowded, just perfect for a nice evening!
