Large store so plenty of space in the Isles. Very helpful, friendly staff who are happy to assist with your shopping if needed. I enjoy shopping here as they have such a variety of products from groceries to clothing and electronics too. You can pretty much get all your shopping needs met here. Service with a smile too! 👍😊

Sainsbury never disappoint....fresh food and fruits and the quality of their clothing line I just love. It's worthy every penny

I have been a loyal customer of Sainsbury’s for years and always use online shopping.Sadly this service has fell into a steep decline, with some deliveries coming from Kings Lynn which considering I live in Norwich doesn’t bode well with Sainsbury’s carbon footprint. For weeks my delivery has been late with just a text message after my delivery slot had expired to inform the driver was running late. Today they excelled themselves with the driver calling me just before my delivery, 9.30-10.30, to inform he had a puncture with no eta of when it would be fixed or when he could get my shopping to me. He asked if I’d like to collect in person or have a later delivery the same day from that point I heard nothing until I telephoned just before 5pm to ask what was happening. I was dutifully informed that my order would be delivered around 8.30pm.. How sad such a once prestigious quintessential English supermarket has dipped so low.

Good quality food, with quite a lot of organic options. Always nice to see the Habitat range of homewares too!

Large supermarket with plenty of parking. Has range of products fresh food, bakery to clothes wear. Has plenty of tills, self serving check outs and kiosk where you can do the lottery or buy tobacco products etc. Disabled parking and access.

I recently visited Sainsbury's in Norwich, and I must say it was a fantastic shopping experience. The store is well-organized, and the staff were incredibly helpful. As an international student new to the area, I appreciate the convenience of finding a wide range of products here. The fresh produce section is impressive, and I love the variety of home furnishings they offer as well. Overall, a great place for both groceries and home shopping

Another pleasant shopping trip on New Year’s Eve. Plenty of stock, not too busy, reasonable prices too considering this isn’t a discount retailer.

Excellent food and service as always. Our favourite place for takeaway and delivery service is great.

Loved this Branch, hold it tight to my heat, always have everything I need to buy, staff is so friendly, I go almost every morning to use the toilet (always clean) and see the same faces most of the days, and it is as if they kind of become part of your family. Very fond of everyone. Very grateful.

Great place to shop, always have what I need and there an Argos there as well.
