The experience was really nice, I went to the car shop with the intention of just browsing. However after the interaction with the staff, their advise and the wide variety of cars, I was able to make a decision to get a car finance and obtained the car the next day. The staffs were so nice and were very welcoming, the manager was awesome and made me and my family laugh lots.
The procedure was simple and easy, I had help every step of the way and was happy with the whole experience.
I will recommend anyone to get their car finance from Carshop Norwich.

Lovely experience at the car shop, didn’t have any intention of buying just browsing to see what’s available and few hours later we took our new care home! Whilst looking around before we purchased me and my partner fell in love with the car and Lauren who delt with us was lovely and patient while we made our decision and let us look around the car and Nathan was great finishing the deal off with us went through everything we needed to know and super happy with our new car. Mr. Damian stands out from the rest of the company. An extremely competent and helpful person, an exceptionally professional seller. Customer-oriented with full understanding and empathy, ready to help and advise on any financial complexities at any time during the purchase. He will explain and simplify as much as possible so that the buyer feels happy with the purchase. I also had the pleasure of being Mr. Damian's client and I recommend all potential buyers to meet someone like him at least once. Because it is the highest quality of services.
As for the after-sales service, my feelings are completely different to those mentioned above.
But I will talk about this horror on another occasion.

David, aka, Big Dave helped us to find our new family car. There was no hard sales, or pushing with any decisions. He had a fantastic sense of humour and brilliant customer service.
When our Newborn decided he needed feeding during our test drive, he was very understanding and made sure we were looked after when getting back to the carshop. Giving myself time to change baby and feed before continuing the process.

Had a wonderful experience. I've used CarShop in Norwich before and had a great experience then so this time, I'd reserved a BMW 4series for my parents on Thursday night. By Friday afternoon the car was in our hands. We had such a pleasant experience with both Ollie and Jon. Both knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, in fact Ollie went out of his way to help us and the process didn't take too long either! My parents are very happy with their new car. Had Lauren help me the last 2 days and has been a massive help. Didn't pressure us at all and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Nathan also explained things to us and helped us get the best deal.

Picked up a car from the Norwich dealership, customer service was sublime so polite and always smiling, offering their help all the time. Zach and Nathan the two who sold me the car, absolutely brilliant. Was there for a little over 2 hours and that involved test driving the new car, part exchanging my current car for the new one and finally sorting out all the paperwork. Quick, professional and very courteous. 100% recommend

David "Big Dave" at carshop was very knowledgeable, understanding of situations financial and family. Went above and beyond with the test drives and trying to get the best out of the car and experience for me and partner and our newborn and was very accommodating when it came to feeding our newborn at the store. Also was funny and a happy personality to be around.

We visited Car Shop Norwich on Good Friday and was looked after by Jack O… He was very friendly and a great help in finding our new car which we are looking forward to collecting. It was very busy in store that day but Jack took his time with us and we didn’t feel rushed in test driving the cars that we wanted to or making a decision.

Great service received from Zach, made the process of buying a new car straightforward. Surprised how quick I could collect the new car. Fair price in trade in value. All round good experience.
