B&Q Norwich - Boundary Road

Just visited this store to get some materials to build a fish tank lid and i was very pleased with the customer service i received. Kacper cut everything to size and helped me with my measurements and he couldn't have done a better job! Keep up the good work!

Helped by a wonderful employee in the kitchen section called Stuart. He went above and beyond to help me with my purchases.

Massive store staff cool large carpark

As a bit of a DIYer a trip to B&Q is always a pleasure. I always find the staff willing/knowledgeable and helpful. Nice clean and well stocked store. Prices are much the same as other diy stores. Also a nice little cafe inside for that all important cup of tea.

This is the place for everything you need to make your dream house!!! And man the plants,just love❤if you are plant parent and you need more in your home GO TO THE B&Q!

Always has what you need for DIY reasonably priced

Been in quite a few times recently throughout seperate decorating projects. Always have what we need. We love the paint area where you can get the exact paint you want made up while you wait. The staff in that section have always been fantastic and helpful.

Really helpful lady on the click and collect desk. I was collecting for someone else, I had all the details plus id but I totally forgot the address. She apologised that without it she couldn't give me the item..which I fully understood. She waited patiently whilst I phoned and got the address and quickly got the package. All the time being polite and trying to help. Well done

Got to the store yesterday with an array of items I wanted to order, staff inside were not too eager to help me, but when I got to the checkouts to complain, a young lad named Leroy was more than eager to help, leading me to certain items and showing alternative power tools I could buy since the one I wanted was not in stock. He was very polite and did not stop helping. Got everything I needed

Helpful and friendly staff, in to pick up an order we'd placed, no problems when we realised item missing, it was quickly rectified.

Great place for all that you need from this company. You can also look online / Phone App for anything specific and find it in store. (Check that it's in stock at the store beforehand to avoid disappointment).

Been here a lot over the last couple of months. The staff are very helpful here. They will call on any other staff member to come and help you if you need any speclist advice.

One of my regular suppliers, usually have all I need and their long opening hours make it the best option for material early on the way to work or late on the way home, when other suppliers are closed.

For everything DIY B&Q is the most favorable place. With different arrays, sizes and designs of all household appliances and tools, I couldn't ask for anything more satisfying when buying my crockery and gardening tools. Love to visit all the time, even if to do some window-shopping... hahaha.

Just wanted to shout out Vickie from the kitchen department. She has kindly helped my fiancé and I with choosing our new kitchen, 3 days in a row we saw her. Can’t stress enough how helpful she has been, it’s so refreshing to meet someone so bubbly and willing to help! Thanks again Vickie!

We have had lots of good deals including paint. Huge store sells everything you probably need . App is good idea too as you get more money off.
