Attended as my touch screen had stopped working. They took it in and later I was called and informed that it was due to a hairline crack of the screen. They were unable to obtain a new screen. They didn’t charge me anything. I took it back to have the new screen fitted. This was done very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them

These guys are brilliant. I moved from Sutton Coldfield some years ago but feel warranted to travel back just to let these guys resolve my IT challenges. Pete and the team are efficient and give great value for money.

Great advice with the emphasis very much on what is right for the customer, instead of what is right for making a sale. Very much recommend The Computer Store if you have aging tech but you are not sure what to do with it next.

The computer store have helped me out on a number of occasions, fixing my laptop, my printer and installing a solid state into my laptop (which is one of the best things I've done! It runs so quickly now and has changed the way I feel about working.) On top of that they've given me really helpful advice which comes for free and they didn't even charge me when I got pine needles stuck in my laptop! I know where to come every time!

Our 2 office desktops needed upgrading or replacing so got a price for changing hard drive to SSD to handle windows 10 more effectively. For a fraction of the price of replacing the desktops these guys turned our ageing equipment in to fast and reliable equipment all in a day. Great service and no BS jargon nonsense. Highly recommended.

I was collecting our new laptop and overheard Pete giving some amazing and fantastic advice to a local pensioner about his computing and printing needs.
This local service and shop are the only place we go for assistance for hardware and software issues.
