O2 Shop Birmingham - The Fort

Went to this shop for assistance following the Virginmedia email debacle.
I had been unable to access my emails on my phone since June 20th.
One of the assistants helped me and within 15 minutes he had sorted the problem for me.
Excellent service at this branch with very knowledgeable and friendly service.
Highly recommended.

I would just like to give very big thanks to a lady who works here called Sarah who sorted out a problem that we were having with our SIM and e-SIM. She promptly sorted out the issue for us and was very friendly and welcoming! We were in and out within 15 minutes.

Went to get help with picking a new phone, one of the staff members called Haleema talked me through options thoroughly. She was very helpful and have a lovely manner. As a result I ended up cancelling my contract with my current provider and switched to O2 who had the best pricing by far

Staff here are fabulous and were really helpful when my phone number got lost in transit from another network. Gideon especially, had to put up with me for nearly 4 hours in total! I cannot fault them and will visit again

Im an OAP and often get overlooked in shops like this. I was immediatley made to feel welcome and the staff here were brilliant. They showed me (all 3 of them at different times that morning) many of the phones on offer, discussed my usage, chatted with remarkeable patience and helpfulness...and knowledge about the phones. I'm fairly savvy on many things technical and it was so nice that they never talked down to me or treated me as anything but a valued customer. I bought from them and am very happy with my purchase. Thank you so much. A wonderful staff O2 should be proud of them.

Came here at 9 am on a Saturday morning to get a SIM issue fixed. I was the only customer in-store and the the guys in the shop were really helpful, friendly and quick at making my phone work again.

Young lad in there just knew exactly what I was after....done it all for me. Transferred my wife's EE number straight to an 02 phone . No fuss no hassle. Good lad .👍👍👍👍

I've been here a few times and like the range of phones they have ,on this occasion I wanted to buy a new phone but as I was sim only contract I found a phone that suited myself and after 3 payments the phone is mine so it is sim only afterwards. Recommend anyone to try here first the staff friendly and helpful advice was provided by the staff and it made my purchase easier

The person who helped me switch my payg number to my contract number was very helpful. Great customer service all the way.

Got served by Kalvinder who was great ordered a 64GB Space Grey iPhone 6 Plus because I didn't like the 4.7" iPhone 6S. It arrived this morning & I phoned about it only yesterday before closing so quick service, and he was really understanding & helpful unlike the useless sods at the Northfield branch.

Really pleased with the service I received from the guru and the other members of staff in attendance on my visit on Thursday 19th September, not only did you do the company you represent proud, you did yourselves proud, thank you again, from one very happy and satisfied customer.
