Just had the best service ever. Rochelle is the most amazing at customer service. Not only is she attentive, she really knows her stuff. Persuaded me to buy the perfect paint and she was so right.
Rochelle deserves to be employee of the month. Personally brought all the items I bought out to the car. Everything done with a smile. Makes shopping at Screwfix a real pleasure. Rochelle really is something special.

Amazing place for most of the things to do with hardware and building supplies. Staff are really friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help and advice on products needed.

The service is quick and efficient. They have a free car parking and it's also wheelchair accessible. There is also a seperate section for the builders.

Staff here are generally knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. It's generally busy and sometimes there are queues, but that's mainly because of the pandemic. If you visit, just be a little patient, you will be seen to.

Really helpful staff, they were happy to replace a drill I bought from them when it went wrong soon after purchase. I had a deadline to meet so this really helped me. Thanks.

Leyton has come a long way and thanks to Joe for individual service which will make me come back again

Good place , staff trieng to rush to much when client is not ready yet...because of client looking most of materials from books 😀 🙄 😑 and staffs are lazy 😴 😑 they don't want to show more items 😴 🙄 😑 😒 😕 what they got in stock...

I visited the shop today ,
The catalogue has expanded so much that it takes time to find the specific item which I needed.
I am taking this time to congratulate the member of Staff who was in the customer area with the intention of helping customers .
I was really impressed by the knowledge of the man, he demonstrated that he had experience of actually doing the jobs, so was in a good position to advise his customers,
Compare that to other stores who have inexperienced customer service people.
To summarise , I was really impressed by good old fashioned helpful advice, from finding the parts in the catalogue, plus advice on the use of the products.

Very slow queueing before entering the shop, but this is to be expected given the current situation with covid-19.
Once inside the shop, service is fast and efficient, very polite and helpful staff.

Usual friendly service as expected from Screwfix, staff at the 'trade' side always welcoming and offered coffee and cookies. Service is quick, prices are creeping up, but I suppose that's to do with other factors

Bought online and collected in store without any problems.

Perfect everything I needed I managed to get under one roof. Plus no need to wait for delivery. Great for DIY beginners also great value :)

Screwfix has become more important over the years as B&Q and Homebase stores of the traditional format have reduced in numbers. I would describe it as the Argos of DIY and have a catalogue to match! Either order in store, buy online and collect or have delivered at home. Prices are competitive and they have regular promotions on certain lines.

For certain products like coloured paints you will find more variety and provisions at B&Q.... they are actually part of the same corporate group!

Building my kitchen and bathroom. I bought lots of stuff from this local store. Some members of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I give them 5 Stars.

Visited to pick up an online order, friendly and efficient staff dealt with my order speedily, will recommend.

Ordered online got text that product ready to collect. Got item with 4 minutes in entering store. All good

Knowledgeable staff who was willing to help look for item in their catalogue and give advice as I have hardly any DIY skills they did not mind explaining item to me either.
