This guys went above and beyond. At the last minute I asked to have a taxi at 4am instead of 4.20am and it was communicated 40 min earlier. They responded promptly and they sent me a taxi at 4am. Super stars!

Also, they are so easy to use and you can even track the taxi.

I've been using this company for over a year now and I'm so happy that now I do recommend them and I use it myself every time I go abroad.

Best taxi firm in London. We have been upset with Uber drivers not accepting requests unless prices were elevated and, even then, falling asleep at the wheel on airport drop off and pick up. We found the same with a number of local minicab firms too. Thankfully Goldline Cars are professional, reliable, reasonable priced and awake at the wheel! Thank you.

I used driver number 53 (Ali) on two occasions for airport transfers and at both times, he was great! Punctual and helpful. We will be using him again soon for our next airport transfer and collection. Also the guy who manages booking the taxi was helpful and prompt in responding to emails.

The guys at Goldline Cars are amazing. They provide a reliable and efficient service with tracking and are competitively priced compared to other car services. The guys themselves are incredibly polite, funny and provide a safe space to wait as well - a very important point for single females getting home late. They make an effort to remember their customers names and are very honest. Much appreciated and highly recommend.

They were very prompt, friendly and respectful. I didn’t have all the cash on me, however, they trusted me to pay the difference once I got to my destination.

I rang for a receipt as I didn’t receive one at the time they immediately sent me one without hesitation.

Excellent service! The driver arrived at the correct location at the exact time I had requested, bang on time with a clean and tidy vehicle. He knew where we were going, and dropped my friend off in a safe place that allowed him to walk home without any problems at all. I have just the service several times in the past. I was very impressed when the Controller was very pleasant and prompt. I had to cancel that booking and the same Controller responded with the utmost professionalism. They have always been punctual and the drivers very friendly and that was why I stored their number for future reference and to pass it on to friends should they need to use the service.

Came up for a wedding 5th-7th April and used this taxi company via DC Hotels( Romford Road)recommendation and very pleased we did, they were always on time, prices really good, although they only take cash, but value for money who cares. All in all we used them four times

All the taxi apps we know of let us down on this Eid day. Uber and Freenow would take my money as deposit and search their database for an available driver, to no avail. I was on my phone for almost 40 mins trying to book a car. I am so grateful to Goldline for promptly taking my booking. They explained that it might be a while. I accepted this and a driver was allocated and I was able to see my daughter before she went to hospital. Comfortable car journey, the driver took a good route. And I only paid £6 whereas Uber and Freenow were charging me upwards of £10. Thank you Goldline. I am so happy that you have remained reliable and loyal to your customers, it shows you've been around a lot longer than these new taxi apps.

Top class service by the phone handling team that take the calls to book the taxis
Their method of booking and tracking the drivers location is top notch as you are able to see who your driver is beforehand and their vehicle registration plate so you are already aware of what car to look out for
Used them 3 times today and each driver was different but they were all professional and friendly and courteous 👍🤩☺
