Not sure where these other reviews have come from because I live round the corner, regularly get parcels delivered to this shop and have always hade a good experience. Open late, small shop so it's easy to find parcels, and pleasant staff. What's not to like?

Brilliant little shop with lovely friendly staff

Perfect for receiving Amazon deliveries. They're open until late, making it convenient for pickup. Never any problem.

When ordering from Amazon and eBay you can have your parcel delivered to Ludchumi - I strongly advise against it. First, they couldn't find my package for all the chaos around their storage shelf; they were also on their phone during all of this and not making a real effort; half the deliveries are piled up on the floor; then they blamed the Royal Mail; then they searched again, pulling out other packages which fell on the floor onto my feet (some were electronic items with stickers on the box). Other items from Yodel were piled up on the floor by the till. After a long debate with them they eventually found my package. Never again. I'm lucky my parcel is still in one piece and hasn't been trampled on. Total chaos and just rude.
