Mamas & Papas Bristol (At Next Home)

Just before Christmas my husband and I started looking for Prams for our future baby. We went to several shops but we didn't feel like the people serving cared about our questions and worries. This wasn't the case at Manas and Papas. We were looked after by Becca who was very helpful and knowledgable, explain everythingin detail. We plan to return when we decide to buy the pram. Would recommend.

My partner Laura and I had a 'Full Works' appointment today with Rosie to discuss what we will need for our baby due in the coming months. She made us feel very welcome and helped us out with her vast knowledge and experience within the baby industry. We both left feeling that we are now ready to have a child. Keep up the good work Rosie.

Had to go in today for an issue with a previously bought item - service was excellent and the issue was resolved there and then. Emily was incredibly helpful and I was able to get everything dealt with very quickly.

Excellent experience at Mamas & Papas last week. We visited for a pre booked personal shopping experience and were looked after by Fred. What a lovely bloke! Super knowledgeable and down to earth. We already had a rough idea which pram and nursery furniture we wanted but he really helped us make the final decision. His laid back and non pushy approach helped us feel relaxed and not rushed. We really appreciate the help!

We tried making appointment over the phone, but were unsuccessful. Off we went and decided to go directly to shop and see prams/travel systems/bundles.
I must say we were very pleased with service we received. Girl who served us was helpful, patient and answered any question we fired.we have to say we were lucky as shop was quiet and she could give us time we needed. We didn’t intend to necessarily buy anything on a day as we are still early in pregnancy, but because of the service, understanding and flexibility of delivery -much later day/ pre ordering, we did place order for what we needed most. I would highly recommend this place for future parents or people who want to purchase gifts for new parents and if you need higher service make booking of appointment online. For some reason I missed that option 🤦‍♀

After Travelling up to a pram superstore in Wales we popped past Mamas & Papas Bristol as we were still undecided about what to buy for our future arrival. Frederico was on hand to help us and his service was absolutely outstanding. The detail he went into about the product was incredible and importantly made it clear about the safety features of the range we were after. It was a great deal and couldn't be happier what seems like extra money for this brand is well worth it and you get what you pay for trust me its a level up. I couldn't recommend this shop highly enough Frederico is a credit to the store and a brand ambassador at the highest level. Thank you

I booked a personal shopper appointment and they were absolutely amazing. Fred was so enthusiastic and went through absolutely everything we asked in loads of detail. Great that they price match as well. It made the whole experience rather enjoyable rather than stressful.

Recently visited the Mamas and Papas concession in Next home @ cribs causeway. Received such lovely customer service. The girls all went above and beyond for us and it made it so special. We will 100% be going back for more items and would 100% recommend to all parents to be!

Really knowledgable and helpful - Steph helped us understand what we were looking for buggy-wise, and even came out with us to the car park to check what we were considering would fit in our boot - she went the extra mile and we really appreciate it.

We went for the free personal shopper experience and it was excellent. We were assisted by Fred who was Brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. The Best customer service I have received for some time

Had a brilliant experience here a couple of weeks ago. The staff are super friendly, very knowledgeable and spent the time to help us get the items which were right for us. I think we were served by Lucy, but everyone was fantastic!

Great knowledge and helpful staff but when I decided on which pram I wanted (after a phone call and a short demo and lots of convo!) she said at the checkout it wouldn’t be there for upto three days! Bummer! We wanted to go to the shop to actually buy one

Waited 10 minutes for no one to show up. Asked a member of staff for help, and they were not interested and said they don't work on the mamas and papas section. I will spend my money else where that wants to help. The shop had no customers at all so can't really use the excuss that you they were busy. Very disappointing

I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’ve been researching a lot about strollers and decided to go to the store to actually see them. It was a waste of time. The girl had the most annoyed face and when I asked her about one model she answered with “I think” and she didn’t even bother to check. I was expecting to leave the store with a new pram and it was just frustrating.

Absolutely awful customer service, me and my partner had ordered a pram online and we were really excited and wanted to see it in the flesh, so we asked the lady if she could help us answer a few questions about it. My partner asked politely if she could help whilst she was talking with her colleague, she was sat behind the tills and looked so uninterested, she walked over extremely slowly, and just stared at us, we asked a few questions and she answered with the most sarcastic comments like we should already know the sizing and weight of what the pram could hold. We gave up as we could tell she didn’t want to be there. Horrible experience. We went to John Lewis and they were lovely as always, they even said they’ve heard terrible things about the customer service in there before so we were not the only ones!

Awful customer service, the staff couldn't be bothered to provide any assistance when asked to help. The staff young girls were sat down behind the counter both on there phones. We were the only ones in the shop and we were ignored and disrespected. Taking our business elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

Woefully understaffed, only one person. Stood waiting to collect an order for ten minutes before even being acknowledged. Two heavily pregnant women also kept waiting without even the option to sit down.
The products I bought aren't even that great 🙄

Scruffy gormless sales assistants more interested in playing on their phones and picking their fake nails than coming to help. Business taken elsewhere.
