I had drinks, sheesha and something to eat. Food and atmosphere were amazing.

One of the best lounges in Park Royal, even the manager came and checked on us. Tasty food and remarkable service. Big up Jordan,Nabil, Doha, Mohammed and the rest of staff for looking after us today.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Everything about the place was excellent, from the service to the design and layout of the place was great. The food I had was a chicken steak with mash potatoes, pepper sauce and vegetables and it was the perfect dish I would highly recommend this dish. The sheesha was also good and had the right texture and very smooth when smoking, great all round and would recommend for people to try.

Loved the place in North Acton, one of the best Shisha in West London, great customer service with great Vibes and belly dancing.
Ossama and the rest of the staff were great, looking after us.

The location was right near my air bnb and thought I’d go check it out for shisha. I was very happy to find this place! The place is very nice with great music and vibe. Amazing service! Great quality shisha with a lot of variety of flavours available! Mousa served us and we were very happy to pick his brain for the best flavours to try!
Must visit for any shisha lover…once you get here just ask for Mousa and you’ll be all set :)

Doha was a very good hostess, her services were impeccable. She took very good care of us, she was very welcoming and she was one of the best hostess that I have ever come across. As it was my daughter’s graduation day, she was very kind hearted and was nonetheless just an amazing person. This is why I highly recommend this place due to her services.

Love the vibe here! The Shisha is great and the food is really good too. Will be coming back more often! New favorite chill spot!

Very friendly staff and amazing service. Especially a very lovely waitress called Doha made me and my friends feel so comfortable and welcome and would always ask if we need anything else. 10/10 shisha, service and staff!!! Defo Recommend

That melted monetary jack cheese made it so 👌, the burger was absolutely delectable 😋 the chips and garlic mayo are pretty scrumptious too! Who knew a shisha place did such tasty burgers

For the two nights I visited this establishment, I was tended to by Naz. He is warm and welcoming, he makes us feel as if we were family.

Now for the food, in Jamaica we would "it off de hook". Yes it was pleasant to the taste buds and it caresses my palate.

I am ready to go and try other dishes.....I am in LOVE with SANDFLAMES....

What amazing place, we went last night with my friends, the place is clean and the food is amazing. Doha really thanks for help us choosing a right Shisha as it was my first time smoking and she suggest to us a light flavour, she so friendly and lovely lady. I will back soon.

I went there a couple of days ago and the shisha and food and staff was brilliant.
Shisha was cleaned regularly and made probability, food was very nice and hot and very tasty, great for the value!
Staff was exceptionally good, exceptionally a person call Norman, he was very polite and quick with his survice.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants a chilled relaxing time or a couple having a date!!

Very good service from Sandflames. The lady that served us her name was Doha. She was very friendly spoken with confidence and gave our food and shisha on time. Will be coming next time very good service from Doha and all staff.

Went there a few days ago for a friend’s birthday and received excellent service.
Our server Noman took great care of us and helped to recommend when ordering.
Absolutely enjoyed my time there and would definitely go again.

I spent the evening at Sandflames with a group and it was such an amazing experience. Right from entering the door the staff greeted us kindly and made friendly conversation. The food was delicious and was served well. The shisha and atmosphere was amazing. Noman stood out as he was extremely kind and very professional. The music and vibe was great. We loved our time here I definitely reccomend.

First time - Sandflames looks appealing from outside minus the location. Got welcomed by 2 colleagues with a handshake which felt like service matters here. The decore is nice and mellow good for couples and groups who want to socialise. Ordered a Kiwi Peach and Mint shisha which was on point and the smoke felt clean. For food I got a Very Cheesy Burger, Chilli Cheese Bites and a Kinder Beuno Milkshake and that combination went well, burger was well cooked and the chips were thick and crispy, milkshake was thick too with a good taste. Prices are average. Watch out for parking. Don't accept Amex. Would recommend to all.

Can’t think of a better spot in West London! Food has a brand new menu that gives it a feel as though you’re in Central London! Ayman has provided us with great service and was attentive with our shisha throughout the entire evening although it was Eid and we presumed service would be so delayed due to how busy it was. Would definitely come again as I’m pleasantly surprised!

The weekend vibes are just sick, mostly thanks to Noman. Even in such a busy environment he made sure we got our food and drinks. He kept checking in and gave us such a good time. Service was top notch. 100% recommend
