Love shopping here. Team are fantastic (always!) Well done! Small moment of outstanding service. My son is fascinated by the fish counter and was given a small fish by the Waitrose fishmonger. So kind and unexpected. Superstar. Makes me want to keep coming back. Thank you and keep up the great service :)

Great range of products, and prices are not exorbitant like they're made out to be. Quality is good, self service tills easy and lots of nice extras like sushi bar and fresh bread. Also not too large for a supermarket.

Nothing could prepare me for the joy that I felt when I jumped into 3 former members of Captain Beefheart’s Magic Band in the toiletries aisle !!

I also found a €1 coin which I will keep until we rejoin Europe

What a lovely bunch of people work in this store. Obviously you have the typical Waitrose quality....where else would smoked salmon be included in the essential range? The staff (or partners) are just lovely folk.

Always a pleasure to shop in Waitrose, though it does often cost more than you think. But they did have the unusual items we were looking for, do five stars.

A good place to shop, always clean and tidy with a pleasant atmosphere and kind helpful staff, it makes shopping easier and a pleasure to do with no hustle and bustle

Went in to Waitrose today to shop. I am one of the older generation. Whilst in the shop, a young lady handed me a bunch of flowers & wished me happy mothers day. It was such a kind & unexpected gesture I nearly cried. They were doing it for others too. In these awful times, and not being able to see my own family today it was such a kind gesture I had to say a huge thank you. You are all doing such a great job in these trying conditions and I am sure not all customers are treating you with respect for trying to do your job. Well done

Everything Waitrose is known for: quality offerings, good variety, well organised space, very friendly personnel. And - surprising to some, but a steady trend for several years - reasonable pricing. (They could try to make better coffee in their coffee-shop corner, though ;)

Nice friendly shop. Staff well up to Waitrose standard. Cafe very good and entertainment outside excellent.

All I can say is FANTASTIC.
Store has just been refitted with a great selection of products and it looks very good.
Loving the new look meat counter, susi bar, kitchen/cafe and bakery sections what is there not to want.
Nice big car park nice new toilet refit and super friendly, helpfull and knowledgable staff.

Lovely store. Plenty of free parking, friendly staff, toilet.

Wonderful selection of beers that you do not often see in many other supermarkets.

I had a lot of laughter and fun with the lady at the checkout which made me feel much brighter and cheerier! Oh and the shopping was very good too!

Excellent staff due to wonderful Manager Carl. The click and collect service is very easy & efficient for miminal contact during these COVID19 times.
