Always parking spaces available. Helpers in store and shop floor tidy, with clear overhead aisle signage. Good selection of products, ranging in prices. In the past, never had any issues with returning items, which is always reassuring.

Had a faulty item on shelves bought from this store. Returned the unit and the issue was promptly sorted by the staff there and I was able to exchange for a new shelves pack without any fuss. Good customer service at the tills.

It is what it is, I think everybody knows this place, well it has a really big great selection of most things along with some really helpful and friendly staff.

Called in today in a rush as I had forgotten something for a job, I met B&Q Emma in the entrance and asked if she could advise, I was instantly directed (from her memory ) to the right location and found what I needed, paid and out in 3 minutes.
If there were more staff like Emma shopping would be a better place!

Got everything we needed, with a lot of help from a member of staff called Connor, the plants were all in great condition and the equipment we purchased seems to be high quality at a good price. Would recommend B&Q to all, especially if your gardening knowledge is low.

Very convenient location, this B&Q is just off the M5 and has amble parking. A wide range of stock they typically have what is needed. The staff are also very friendly, diligent and helpful. I recently had a particularly tricky return, but Dee and the team took the time and persevered to get a resolution that worked for all parties. Many thanks for all the hard work folks.

Large DIY shop with everything you could need for a project. They Sell kitchens, bathrooms, work tools, lighting, gardening and outdoors, fencing etc.Lots of indoor and outdoor plants.

Good number of wallpaper, took lots of samples so we can see what they're like in the room

I've made 5 visits in a week for building materials. In that time each member of staff - till staff, returns staff, people helping me carry stuff to the car, have without exception, been friendly, helpful and offered positive, constructive suggestions. Thanks to all and whoever trained them.

Surely few of us actually enjoy shopping for lights, tiles, paint, guttering, tools garden stuff and so on......surely not. But this place works. Its huge, really big. The staff are helpful, they even smile sometimes, signage not bad and the stock is vast so if you want that obscure u bend or whatever, you'll probably find it here. If you actually like this home and garden stuff, you'll love it, probably.

Has everything you could ever ask for, relatively small garden centre area but apart from that, huge, tidy and well organised with plenty of parking.

It's a big store and so knowing the layout is a bonus. Prices always very competitive and stock levels surprisingly high given all the supply issues we read about. Staff have always been helpful and polite. Lots of parking although like most car parks bays can be a bit tight.

Great shop. Good layout. Right now a great range of indoor plants & springtime bulbs. Quick service at tills. My favourite B & Q to be totally honest with you. Thanks guys that work there. Love the store
