I Have been in this shop couple times. At beginning i thought that everyone can have there bad days. But i need to say enough is enough, Im not gonna go back to this shop ever again. Shop owner or shop assistant, female, is always on her phone if you ask her questions about products she are answering you in very rude manner.
I read another's reviews and someone said that staff will go to customer service courses, but what I saw this week I need to say those courses hasn't help at all.
I also had conversation with my colleagues and couple of them told me that they are not going to this shop for the same reason... customer service in this shop is terrible and its really shame because there products is decent.
I really hope that once and for all this shop staff member would change her attitude and be more clients oriented. I think you guys has lost enough clients because of poor customer service.

Rotten yams. Highly overpriced. Avoid at all costs. This should be reported to the Food Standards Agency.

The customer service is zero. The lady needs to work on her attitude and they should update the prices they paste on shelves

I have been once and won't be coming back. Very unfriendly and cold staff. I had to wait over the counter a while because this lady was sitting and fiddling with some receipts. She was clearly ignoring me. No apologies etc. Poor,poor behaviour.

I’ve been a few times but won’t be going back. The staff are always very cold and unwelcoming and one of the ladies is downright rude. Won’t advise anyone to shop there. It’s as though they don’t want you in their shop. 🤷🏾‍♀
