Great customer service, When I asked a staff member if they had a vinyl I wanted in stock, he knew exactly were it was and we had a great conversation about the artist. Will definitely be going to this HMV again soon!

There are two arm chairs in the DVD section of this place that completely rescued my shopping experience. I grabbed a couple of books from the shelves I was thrilled to find and sat for a bit and read the blurbs. Very thankful for the chairs. Great deal on the books too! Thanks HMV!

You can never go wrong with hmv! Love the fact it's still kept the hmv feeling with the musics but also adapted the geeky side too with the funkos and other nerdy stuff!

Lovely store located in the Bullring at Birmingham, plenty of choice for vinyl, cds, blurays and collectibles. We loved the extra attention to the boards that split the vinyls!

amazing staff, honestly really nice. great variety of things within the store and wasnt too busy, which was perfect, everything is easily labelled too and the atmosphere is thrilling

Very best in vinyls, cds, dvd,and blurays and much more they sell some very nice items.

Went in on 9th July 2021 and they were streaming BTS permission to dance and butter, which was so exciting. There was a small Bt21 section as well which was so cute. They also had a wide variety of anime, not sure if they are eng sub or dubbed though. Will defo visit again.

It is back where it belongs and doing more things which is great the staff are friendly and helpful with finding what you are looking for in the store or if they can get online and order it for you

Staff were super friendly, had a great selection of cd,dvd, blue rays and vinyls. lots of space so don't feel trapped, oh and had tasty peach merch

I came to HMV looking for a set of two speakers for music use, the speakers were good price and there was a wide range of different types of speakers, this shop is also really big and has pretty much any cd or vinyl you would want as well as a large funko pop vinyl figure section, overall a nice hmv shop!

Fab friendly staff, got recommended a cd which was similar to sonething else i was looking for... Really great recommendation. The music that was playing in the background (jamiraquoi, virtual insanity) had staff and customers dancing too.. Great vibe

Very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful, a huge selection of items such as music, posters, games, videos, what you would expect from HMV. Good to noise around.
