Pets at Home Alton

Well stocked shop, been in loads all the staff know their stuff and are happy to help.
Today, we got a hamster that the two female members of staff cared for the animals genuinely and are a credit to the team.

Great honest help from staff today in the store. Outlined all the goods and bads of ownership of our new rats.

Kim you were a great help and we now have two very happy rats fast asleep in their new home settling down.

Holly and Poppy are going to be very loved. Thank you again all the team at alton for your help.

We recently set up a cold water tank as beginners, the staff have been really helpful with advice and help as we have had a few teething problems.
Either on the phone or in store, they have taken their time and been extremely helpful.
I cannot recommend them enough for their aftercare service, even with a small starter tank such as ours. No matter how silly we have felt our question may have been they have been very good.
Will definitely be sticking with this store for its staff knowledge, a really friendly store.

I am disabled and the staff in Pets at Home Alton are so helpful. They always help me by placing heavy items in my car. The staff are very attentive and always very keen to help you.

Lovely staff. Gave great help over the phone offered to help after our cat Kovu's micro chip had failed for the second time. Please note that the previous microchips had been fitted by another vet practice . They scanned him found no trace of the other chips. I totally trusted them to put another chip in and kovu found the staff very friendly. He was totally at ease with them all. Please note that the micro chip only cost £15 and all this work was done on a Sunday morning. They allowed me to come straight in with him. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us today.

The Groom Room staff are excellent.
My dog Leia, loves going there, knows exactly what to as soon as she is there, and she is really fussy who she goes to.
Totally recommend the team at Alton to all.

I visited today - I dropped my Jack Russell off at the groomers. two members of staff asked me if I needed anything and all were smiling as I went round browsing. The groomers did a great job & I was very impressed all round.

I go in quite regularly and every member of staff I have come across have been really welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly.

Matt is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had got the time and patience even for the youngest of customers. Great asset

Brilliant offers on good branded pet food, and everything a pet could want, especially with loyalty card. Big roomy store with nice helpful staff. Highly recommended.

What a great place, really helpful staff. I especially love getting in with the hamsters and playing hide and seek with them...........they always find me, they are clever little buggers!
