We got an excellent service from Nick when we were looking for a new kitchen. He was very helpful, always returned my calls and was very patient with me changing my mind all the time. We are please with the price we paid , the quality of the kitchen and the professionalism of the fitter Doug! Outstanding!

Witnessed the staff being verbally abused today because it was busy (Bank Holiday Monday) the staff handled the man very well and professionally. I expected it to be busy today so didn't mind the queue and it moved quickly. Keep up the good work and don't let the grumpy ones get you down!

My first experience with Wickes kitchen & bathrooms was very good so much so they were my first choice when I moved home. Nick the designer at Alton provided an outstanding service throughout and I am more than delighted with both my kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend Wickes for their quality products, their fitters and above all Nick who is committed and goes the extra mile.

Very handy builders merchants, use a lot with diy around the house, especially since getting 2 huskies and having to repair lots in the house and nearly all the garden. Done some big jobs in the garden and always use Wickes for all the materials as quite local but mainly for the good prices which are normally a lot lower than others in the area and it’s not very often they don’t have what you want. Click and collect service is very helpful too.

Got everything we required

They do a price match within 10 miles... B&N stores are in Basingstoke 9.6 miles away, got a tub of Dulux price matched down to £12 result!

Still have good prices and a good range of items and not normally too many customers getting in your way.😉
