B&M Store

Good as it's a part of over shops too

Wow! 🩷🩵💜 Popped in yesterday to pick up some plastic boxes and was pleasantly surprised at how much the store has changed. There’s all manner of storage and display furniture in a wider range, better quality and prices than what you’d find in Dunelm, The Range, Home Base, and more. This store seriously needs to drop leaflets in surrounding areas and advertise itself more. The next time I need something for the house, this is where I’m going, in sha Allah (God willing). Oh and in case anyone doesn’t know, there is a lift at the back of the store if you want to take a trolley to the first floor.

Big choice helpful staff

I visited this store at approximately midday today (12th Nov 2021) and was helped by an exemplary young man called Ryan.

He went out of his way and helped me find what l was looking for across the other side of this quite big store.

He then stayed with me and offered to assemble the item to see how it would look etc.

It felt great to shop whilst being helped by someone friendly and patient.

Wonderful service! I hope Ryan is appreciated and rewarded for his efforts and attitude.

Good store, different variety of items, helpful staff, great service, would go back again.

The supermarket is great if you need things for home furnishings, kitchen and bathroom items then this is the right place

One place for good deals

This is a well run store and the staff are always friendly, helpful and polite.

very good store on two floors I know that there are stairs but no idea if there is a lift to the upper floors. Nice car park which is shared with other stores. plus KFC.aisle can be a bit tight to get pushchairs etc.. through. the place is clean and has some good products. priced good as well.

Good range of food staff's and household items.

First time visiting this store, because I was on the hunt for certain piece of furniture,,the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful even helped me carry things to my car, smiles on their faces definitely the most friendly B & M store I’ve ever been in,Will definitely be going back even though I pass at least 3 other stores on my way.

Needed help lifting some heavy furniture, there was two staff members who went the extra mile
To help me. They loaded it into the taxi also as they was heavy items: couldn’t thank them enough, keep up with the great work! Thanks again.

It's a very large store, long spacef corridors, well stocked
with many varieties of goods for every clientele, essentials Variety of food stock, household goods, gardening essential, cosmetic, soft drink, alcohol,paints, toys etc. A store that caters for the public choice at reasonable prices. Staff very helpful when needed.

Today I had excellent customer service staff very good.i went dizzy In store had my mask on I was hot the lovely young store assistant I think his name was Marcus saw me got me a bottle of water offered me a chair but I had water and was okay I thanked him .good staff team very helpful and polite need to be recognised by the store manager.

Great value items. If you time it right you can get some absolute bargains. For example, Items that didn't sell well on the high street.

Own brand items about as good as poundland, nothing really stands out in that department.

Good place to buy things with good price.

One of my favourite stores could easily get carried away in there .

Local store, great prices..it is sometimes difficult to find a colleague on the floor if you need any help. Good product availability

Not very big que to get in today plenty of room to keep safe but make sure you have gloves or sanitizer for the trolly or basket as this shop has slacked on cleanliness..

Never had a problem with B&M. Or the staff who are very helpful. And it's a bit cheaper then the likes of ASDA OR MORRISONS
