Shop here regularly and always had good service and my dog loves going for a good sniff. Today's vista was for food and we were recommended wet nose kibbles. After trying one of the free samples my dog was asking for more. He's never done this with the other brand. So happy the lovely lady advised us.

Great friendly service every time we go

Got stuck in traffic and turned around on their carpark, can't fault them in any way.

Good range of stock, particularly frozen raw meat if that's your pets diet. I bought raw sprats for my dog which are ideal for treats or adding as a supplement to feed either raw or cooked.

Amazing place to go for the animals, affordable prices for high quality products. The staff are so friendly and ever so helpful, any questions or advice they will be happy to help 😊

Called here to see if they had anything for us to buy for our Labradors birthday, and safe to say we found loads of things at pretty reasonable prices,will definitely be going back

Clean well stocked. Very polite helpful staff in store as always. Very knowledgeable on many animals if you need advice. Not very sure about the loyalty scheme they have as its impossible to find out exactly how many points you need to get a voucher or who to ask as thats a company scheme not the shops

Plenty of off road car parking spaces. I needed help buying a replacement dog harness and the assistant was very helpful, gave good advice and obviously knew her stuff. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be returning.
