Some great deals to be had and the quality of the products is fantastic. We had a replacement light fitting as well as some bed sheets, all have been fantastic. The staff within the store were very helpful.

Great store, everything for the home. Lovely quality products. We were looking at some curtains but they didnt have our size, a very nice lady called Wendy who was at the door to help people looked up another store and we were able to go there and get them. A big thank you to her she is a credit to Dunelms.

First time I've shopped with Dunelm since the lockdowns and I have to say, they were great! Very fast to sort collection of order and the shop was well organised for collections. 2 booths set up by store entrance, plenty of PPE and screens. Top notch

Situated on Victoria Road in Stoke-on-Trent, this Dunelm Mill a conveniently located. There is lots of car parking spaces available. We popped in on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't at all busy. We picked up a few kitchen items and also some yarn from the haberdashery area. An excellent store with a wide range of products.

Staff at dunalm fenton are absolutely fantastic. The girl's are so pleasant and helpful ☺ .and the store is so clean and inviting 😍 🙌 xxx

Couldn't get my light bulbs but finding it hard to get them anyway so not blaming dunelm

I love Dunelm stores. This one is local to me and well laid out. Plenty of aisle room. Parking is free and directly in front of the store. Disabled access and loos too. Some good bargains and always can find what I need with ease. I was looked after by Lee, he was efficient and friendly. There was a queue at the fabric table, it seemed like we all descended on him at the same time. He wasn't flustered though and proceeded to serve each of us. I was the last but I was served in plenty of time and a colleague came off her break to finish my large order quicker. Very helpful. I have also been served by Yvonne on a different occasion for a collection, she was cheerful and chatty and also very helpful. I was never made to feel in the way or an inconvenience. Really lovely staff which mean a lot to regulars like myself. ♥
