Great, good helpful staff, that weren't pushy. The sofa set we saw was perfect for us. We went to look at 2 other sofa shops,. But we had fallen in love with the suite in SCS. When we went back to finalise the purchase, the sales lady was great, professional and explained all the options and delivery details. Great service, thanks!

We had a lovely experience when in store! They greeted us upon entering and we were left alone to have a look around which was great! When we had chosen there was someone right there ready to help! They sat us down on the sofa we had chosen and it only took 5 minutes to order, we weren’t pressured into any extras on top of the order but only asked if we wanted them. The lady was lovely and so were the rest of the team! The sofas are great value for money also!

The staff were very helpful at the hedge end branch. The salesman approached my wife and I asked if we were okay and said if we needed anything don’t hesitate to ask. It was nice not to be pestered by a salesman and looked around the store at our own pace.
After that we found the salesman who initially spoke to us and made the deal very easy. Nice friendly guy.
Will be returning for carpets in the near future.

Excellent customer service from the Sales Manager, Mr Russell. All the staff were there to answer questions, but had that balance of 'not being too pushy;' which normally puts me off in other furniture shops. They listened to our needs and were able to advise on the best solution. We probably didn't expect to place an order on the day, but the professional and knowledgable approach, and helpful advice assisted us in making the choice that was right for us. A very positive experience for a family that normally prefer to buy such things online, deliberately to avoid dealing with sales assistants!

Walked into a very clean and Covid safe store. Was greeted at the door and told the layout of the store. We took a walk around looking at sofas. Once we decided the lovely member of staff processed the transaction professionally and quickly. I’ve forgotten the gentleman’s name but can tell you he was from London originally. Very happy with the service received and will highly recommend the store in Hedge End

The staff were polite and informative. We were given time and space to look around without being pounced on every 2 minutes. When we came back the manager that served us remembered us from the previous day, he was polite, charming and dealt with our sale in an efficient manner.

Spontaneous trip to look at a potential new sofa and carpet...Ended up walking away with an order for both! We were made to feel so at ease in the HedgeEnd branch and ended up in there for a couple of hours making decisions based on the friendly sales staff and their knowledge and recommendations based on what we were looking for. We totally felt like we made the right purchases and weren’t pressured by “pushy salesman speak” we wanted to make the purchase based on the service we received and information provided, coupled with the amazing deal we received! Transaction was a really smooth process in a really relaxed environment and went away really happy and excited to receive our newest home purchase as a married couple :)

Good range of sofas and options for customisation. Much more budget-friendly than the other furniture stores in this retail park. Staff were available and attentive, but not pushy or hounding for a sale. They were particularly helpful when we set out our budget and time constraints, and managed to find us a sofa we absolutely loved!

the guys were so pleasant and let use walk around and asked if we need help and showed us to the fabric sofas which we have been looking for.
where around when we need them explained everything well. Gave us tome to think about our chooses. The guy who dealt with our order got our son involved and made us feel welsome.

The salesman was great helping us choose which sofa would be perfect for our room he was really friendly and not pushy at all and the lady that put our order through was lovely and friendly. The delivery was quick and they put it in our garage while our floor was done they were polite and quick . I will always go back to scs as this is our second purchase and both sofas are great. Great range of sofas. Lots to choose from at a varied range of prices. Swotch books are available to view different colour options. Giving choices to customer for matching to own interiors and decor. Good lead times for delivery too. Leather or fabric it's a beneficial place to visit. Helpful and friendly sales team.

Hedge end Southampton store.
The gentlemen that helped me and my dad find something that was good for dad was incredible. He was really patient with dad and very understanding. Dad suffers from a really bad back and has to be raised quite high off the ground due to his knees too, and also has learning difficulties, the gentlemen helped us find the perfect lazyboy sofa that will fit perfectly in dads tiny room. I feel awful I didnt catch his name but he was so kind and dad left so pleased and so excited as this is his first ever sofa he has got himself! Thank you.

Visited your branch in Southampton on arrival greated by staff that explained arrows to what way to walk round......and hand santiser on arrival.
All staff where very perlite we decided on what sofa ....and we approach a young lad about delivery dates and went ahead with the sale excellent service.
You can tell the difference in SCS quality of sofas compared to other competitors out there.
