The Co-operative food

All nice new, clean and fresh. Easy parking too. Used this store a few times now and all good. Friendly enough staff especially Cathy was very helpful on my last visit. Thanks.

Great store, very reasonable prices, happy staff, love the selection of fresh meal for 1 & family meals they have on offer, also their health food selection, stores neat and tidy, got some good yellow sticker offers A*** even though its not on my way home ill be re routing to this store

Nice and clean, prices aren't bad at all either. Will be able to benefit from the excellent £5 bargain deals the Co-op show on tv too.

Many of the prices are over inflated but definitely the best choice of wines in any local store

You need to sort out your milk delivery. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve come in for milk and all you have left is the rip off organic or the tiny bottles. Happy to switch back to Tesco metro if not sorted out.

Great when it first opened. Clean, fully stocked, happy staff. Weeks later. Barely anything in the fresh isle. Can’t get a simple carrot most times or a potato so have to go to bigger super markets. Went today and picked up some meat that was 10 days out of date. Gave it to a staff member and got a sorry. most of the staff seem half asleep. I can’t fault the beer choice they have as they seem to have unique selection compared to everywhere else.

Losing patience with this place. How can you not have any milk in the store? Coffee machine always needs cleaning when I want a coffee and have to wait 30-40 mins. As others say was good first few weeks not so much now.

Customer service training greatly needed !!!! The rude and sarcastic man that served me today has to realise that not everyone wants to use self service especially when buying medication. So sorry for asking for help thought that was your job 😕.

I paid for a coop card as advised to get one, used it and now I've gone to use it again I'm told I can't because it's a blue one. Used it many times before.

I only use this shop as its convenient at the bottom of my estate.

Staff memeber wasn't willing to budge and didn't understand my issue.

Very poor customer service.

Never again will I walk into there.

Nothing but uneducated young people not knowing how to deal with customers. I've I could give it a minus I would.

Went to try the new coop on Wigan Road
It looked nice inside apart from when I came to pay for my shopping and I asked her to put my reward points on my new coop card and she was so rude and never put the coop reward points on my card just gave my my receipt . she did not say have you got a reward card nothing from her at all just so miserable was the young woman at the till she was like a untrained student on a work experience. it’s so funny that the put out jobs for this new place and the was only two in the store

And the isn’t a safe place to lock up a bicycle at the shop this should have been added when the did the car park

Not as great as i thought it would be. Mainly down to the staff, you'll be lucky to get even a smile out of them! The manager served me today, rude and miserable. They never have any necessities stocked. Would rather go the small extra distance to Tesco Express.
