It's people who tun this store. Permanent staff, they are Friendly and helpful, shop has post office and fresh coffee machine

I can get what I need, that's all that matters

Handy for top up shopping. Also has Post Office and Lottery. Always polite staff.

I'm amazed that a modern supermarket brand can run a store so badly.. there's always something not right or some mistake.. The fridge there has been out of action for weeks if not months taking up space which means a staff have to pile all the refrigerated foods into a smaller area.. mistakes on the post office scanning packages.. some bright clown thought up the idea of putting all the chocolates on the stands facing the full-sized windows where the sun comes through and melts them all... Today there was one member of staff having to deal with multiple post office and general store customers. When asked if he was on his own he replied that he was because the boss had to go somewhere else.

I like Morrisons as a superstore.. But this place is so frustrating because it's located wonderfully for people in the area.. But it just lets itself down consistently..

I'm very disappointed with this shop. It was always bad when it was McColls. We had high hopes that things would change when it changed to morrisons, but if anything is worse. They hardly ever what you go in for. Stock is always very short dated. Some of the staff are more interested in chatting than serving the long queues of customers. The shop never looks clean and tidy. To me, it just seems like a glorified post office and off licence

Absolutely shocking customer service. Visited on 4 occasions and come away ach time without what I'd gone for. Only milk in store was dated the day I went in, as was the bread. Asked for fresh bakery items and was told they were in the back but they didn't have time to put them in the store and then today went to use the post office and two members of staff stood at the doorway eating pizza, from a few doors down, told me they were closed. Can't wait for Tesco down the road to open.
