A good store with friendly, helpful staff. Clean and tidy. I tend to find that stock can be either quite low or have no stock in various products. Sell by dates are short, often the next day or two, as such frequent visits are needed to buy fresh produce. It's no longer possible to buy a full weeks shopping! The main car park, which is shared and public, is away from the store, not ideal for disabled people in particular. Often queues form of cars waiting for McDonald's drive through, which slows down access to Lidl as it is single lane only. It is a bonus having this supermarket in a small town and in time it would be good to see it relocate onto its own land and not share land and car park with other stores.

I visited the Leland branch. They had everything I wanted in stock and the prices, as always were very reasonable. Friendly staff, swift service at the till. Splendid! P. S. Sadly the internet tells me this branch will be closing in Feb 2024. If true it will leave a gap in our lives as neither Preston nor Clayton le Woods is as convenient for us.

Great larger sized Lidl all the normal range plus greater choice of veggies and wines and they by the neighbourly scheme recycle their waste food to SLEAPs free community café at Leyland Baptist church every Thursday 10.30am til 12.30pm enjoy!

Lovely, friendly and very helpful stuff. Required to wear face mask and follow guidelines of social distancing.
Can buy meat, veg, fruit and snacks for great value. Really cheap and tasty bakery products, like donuts and small pizzas.

Spotlessly clean, always loads of offers and reduce priced items. Bargains to be found in the middle Isles and the store is never packed which is a blessing if you are a vulnerable adult or shielding from Covid as I am.

Always good value for money with friendly staff always willing to help.
There £1.50 boxes of fruit and veg are great, but they do vary from box to box.
Still good quality and varied choice.

Just started coming here and it's a great shop, you can get most of your shop in 1 place, nice and cheap and cheerful with a fantastic selection of meats! One of the most surprising parts was the fresh bakery, with a huge selection, was not expecting that from a 'budget supermarket'. Veg lasts longer than aldi so this has been a switch for good for me!

The good stuff
1 Cheap prices. Unbeatable. There's a Tesco Extra, Morrisons and ASDA nearby. Much more expensive
2 clean stores. I've noticed the bigger stores are getting dirtier. Not Lidl

Bad stuff
Car park not so convenient.

Love Lidl. Very good value, well organised and spacious stores. Whenever a queue forms, another till opens like magic! Staff always friendly. Carrier bags are only let down. Buy cheap; chasing tins around car park.

Really good value today. Walnuts such good value in their shells. Christmas cake 18% cheaper, for a full cake. Always get my eggs there. Tea and coffee always worth buying. Love Lydl.

I was really surprised with Lidl,I have been in the store previously, but only for a few items. I did a full shop, this time, the meat is very good, cooked meat, veg, fish, all the stuff I got has been very good. The young girl on the checkout, was helpful, chatty & made the worst bit (paying), ok.I will be shopping there again definitely

Good shopping experience. Wide aisles plenty of room to get about. Good variety of food and special offers. Best of all are the prices and the total bill at the end !! The staff are always helpful and friendly.
