O2 Shop Preston - Deepdale Shopping Park

Was well looked after by Mark, who answered all my questions, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this shop. No need to go into the town centre😊.

Served by the friendliest girl Malak. Knows what she’s talking about and will make you feel comfortable the second you walk in im not tech savvy but she explained things very clearly I would highly recommend going to her when unsure what to buy. Overall 10/10 customer service would highly recommend!!

Malak was a huge help to my boyfriend in store this morning who was stuck being locked out of his account after reporting his phone lost. She was able to help get back in the account and give advice on gaining access to the old sim number. Thank you so much.

Went into the shop and I must say I had the best experience with one of the girls working in there I believe her name is Malak she made me feel very welcome in the shop when I was nervous to talk about what I wanted. Excellent customer service

Went in for an upgrade and ended up walking away with a new phone, new sim for my dad and a new ipad for only an extra £10 a month on my original upgrade price!!!! Spend the whole time laughing with all the staff. Amazing experience and they transferred all my data from one phone to another without even asking 😁 the manager (his name was Adam) even made me a brew what a legend! Will go back for my upgrade in 2 years

Don't switch to another provider O2 will always look to acommodate you faster than the competition and deliver better results.

Only drawback is accesibility issues for this unit but they can resolve issues fast once you arrive

Both staff (no names male and female), were tremendously helpful in setting up my phone for short term use in the USA. Even wrote down the instructions for me! Excellent

Always come and get my phone's from here. Give me the best deals and help me to transfer my things. I even get a bru every time i go! Jack always goes above and beyond for me!!! What a guy!!!

New management and staff in this store, the staff member who helped me yesterday was amazing, she showed me step by step how to move photos from one broken phone to another, always used this store but the new staff seem amazing so far. Thanx guys 👍
