Good customer service.

Didn't see anyone with long dangly hair doing funny things and neither did I see anyone eating any paper to get any tech knowledge either.

Somehow they were reasonably knowledgeable

Xander went above and beyond, informed us of all available promotions, discounts and made sure we got what we needed, very patient and insightful- a credit to the store. Thank you!

Just been to purchase some apple headphones and an iPhone 13 case from this store and met a mobile phone expert called Paul who was very welcoming and had exceptional knowledge and advice as to what case to get for the phone. Unfortunately we didn’t end up getting a case as we couldn’t find one that was suitable but Paul recommended a good case brand that was perfect for what we needed. the customer service was exceptional 10/10 for Paul.

I had a smooth and hassle free online transaction and when I got to the store at Deepdale Preston the young lady at Currys PC World couldn't have been more helpful xx

Excellent service and assistance in store, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful unlike when you attempt to contact the store by phone, went through to a call centre, and 2 further departments, ringing the actual store would be some much more beneficial, sensible and efficient, but can't seem to do that anymore, took me 40 mins, still didn't resolve my query. But going into the store at Deepdale, Preston was a pleasure.

Myself and my good lady wife enjoy going to the capital center. It seems quite a clean place with some very good stories. We mainly go because we call in to see Tom and always staff at vettes for pets. Preston at the capital center.

Great service provided by Ammar. Got a great deal on the TV I wanted for my sons bedroom. Ammar gave some candid advice which helped make the right decision.

We went to the Deepdale store today to buy a washing machine and a laptop. The young lady that looked after us, Chaima,was attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and charming. We would recommend searching her out if you visit Currys. This employee is to be commended and is an asset to your company.

Bought a chest freezer from here Wednesday 27th July the staff were very helpful and thank you to Craig on the shop floor who was very helpful in sorting out the warranty etc please pass on my regards to Craig he was a top lad

Nice and easy to park. No hassle from.the staff until I needed to ask for help.
When I did, the staff member was polite and very helpful in arranging what I required. It was a quick and easy transaction, again, without any hassle.

Convenient location with its own large car park. Staff made sure we located the items we had come to look at but then left us to browse in peace. When we asked to purchase an item which was not in stock they swiftly found out that a nearby branch had some and we were able to buy there. Well done!

Craig at the counter was extremely helpful and professional, made the process of exchange very easy and simple. Manager was also very nice.

So helpful. I took my elderly mum to sort out her mobile phone and buy a new washing machine. Harry in carphone warehouse was so helpful and patient with her and sorted it out. The young lady who helped with the washing machine was also very nice and helpful. A nice shopping experience.

Dealt with Craig at currys today. Excellent service from him. Very nice, friendly and polite man. Whatever your paying this man it isn't enough.

Bought a pair of Sony headphones and they broke after 9 months due to a battery issue. As i paid for the careplan they were happy to fix them for me. Due to covid it took longer but after talking to Amy and Jake it was sorted asap, excellent service all round.
