Tesco Superstore

While packing my shopping at check-out this pm around 4.45pm I accidentally cut the back of my right hand on the bottom of the payment machine with resulting bleeding. The reaction of the woman on check-out and the trained first-aider she called immediately was exemplary. Please convey my sincere gratitude to both.

This feedback is for the pharmacy section, the male pharmacist in charge is most helpful pleasant pharmacist. Shame that I did not get his name to mention here! Today was my 3rd visit to the pharmacy and he never fails to deliver excellent customer service carefully listening, putting time and effort to explain and give the best available options...The shop itself is always good and I have never had any issues there.

The staff here are wonderful. When my very elderly friend, on paying at the checkout, found she had misplaced her debit card, the lady on the till was so patient and kind. She displayed not one iota of irritation. She closed her till and allowed my friend as much time as she needed to search her bag and pockets until her card turned up. (Which it finally did!). I wish I'd asked her name to thank her in person.

The staff are friendly helpful. I know where everything is. I used this store when in lockdown, so I was in and out safely.

I'd been trying for days to get the over 65's flu jab, without success. Told time and again to book an appt. online, which I couldn't do, I called into Tesco Kesgrave to see if they could help. The pharmacy there said straight away they could do it there and then! What a relief! So a big THANK YOU Tesco you have saved the day!!
