It was my first visit to the store today. I was greeted with a warm welcome the shop is great inside so much to choose from very well stocked. The staff know their stuff and are happy to help. I found a pair of wellies which fit me perfect. I’ll definitely be returning for more gear. 👍

First Class Customer Service. I bought a secondhand .410 Hushpower that had a slight carbon rattle within the tube. After 4 months of use, I took the gun back to them to sort the rattle, they could not have been more accommodating. John informed me that the exterior of the barrel had start to pit. Without having to ask they offered to replace with a new gun and threw 50 cartridges for my trouble's. Excellent customer service and nice guys about the whole thing, they couldn't have been more helpful.

The guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable and suggested a few air rifles for me. Didn't buy one as I need to justify the cost. But I may be back to get one. Highly recommend.

The saddlery and gunroom has been my families go to shop for anything equestrian for over 20 years. They have a huge range of brands to choose from and are constantly evolving to provide customers with the latest horsey trends. Staff are also so very helpful and friendly I had to send my horse-novice husband in to buy electric fencing once and he came out with everything we needed!

I was in search of a Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP) air rifle and was recommended by several friends to check out the Saddlery & Gunroom in Biggin Hill. I took the opportunity to visit on a Thursday afternoon and found a fantastic store with real character and excellent parking at the rear of the premises.

On entering the store, I was greeted warmly by a young lady at the counter and on walking over to the gun section of the store I was greeted by Dave who proceeded to guide me through a selection of rifles and the benefits of each. I needed an air rifle for pest control and Dave guided me with the constraints of my budget to the fantastic Stroeger XM1.

I left the store without making a purchase on the day and was treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout, following a late night research binge into the Stroeger XM1 and reading the great reviews and noting the Red Dot Award it received in 2020 for its design features. I decided to go for the S4 Suppressor model which comes with a moderator (silencer) and telescopic sight.

I returned to The Saddlery & Gunroom the following day and spoke again with Dave and met Dan who is a true energy of enthusiasm when it comes to anything sporting guns. I purchased the Stroeger XM1 S4 Suppressor model and even got a free case with my purchase, thank you Dave.

This is a great gunroom and they have a excellent selection with great customer services and attention to detail ensuring that you get the right product for your need, very down to earth and honest service, highly recommended.

Myself and my son had a lesson with Colin which was superb, would definitely recommend. Howard and the team have been extremely helpful. Five star establishment +++++++++++

Great selection of second hand guns at a good price . Canters for shotgun and air rifles . Good clothing line and some good reduction and discounts available.

Ordered and collected some cartridges today couldn't have asked for better service, I was treated like a customer not an item to have money extracted from. I was given good advice about a rifle I was looking at which was very helpful and honest. They also loaded my cartridges into the car, I will recommend and purchase again. Thanks Team, 100% pleased.

Found this place online as was after a certain model of air rifle. After contact via email, they had one pre owned and also did a very smooth transaction on a transfer for me from another gun dealer. Without a doubt will be returning. Thank you

I have purchased from the saddlery before, I popped in today to have my air rifle serviced, the first person I saw it would take a month to get it back as they were very busy, then the manager/owner came over and said he would have a quick look at it, he repaired it and I was able to come back with it. I would definitely recommend them

I bought my first shotgun at the Gunroom in March of this year (2017). The staff were extremely patient and helpful, allowing me to try several guns to ensure I was happy with my choice. Overall, very good experience and great purchase.

I would definitely recommend this gun shop. Bought my first shotgun here recently. There is a great selection of stock available. The store assistants were incredibly knowledgable and patient when checking gun fit and did not pressure me to buy anything.

Went to visit the shop on Sunday 10th Dec 2017. Excellent shop with very helpful staff. My brother and I went in to buy ourselves 2 air pistols and received great advice from the man who helped us find the right ones. Certainly worth our 50 minute drive, will be sure to visit again.
