Went into store to buy a mattress for my daughter. Josh was amazing and helpful, guiding us into finding the perfect mattress. The Sleepmatch machine was an interesting experience but a good one. Definitely recommend Josh if you are looking for a new mattress or advice on French cuisine 😁

Went into browse the store, Josh was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Was so kind to offer me a drink whilst I looked around. Assisted me with testing the sleep match machine which I found quite fascinating. Tried a couple different mattresses that were best suited to me with a pillow that was more supportive. Never really thought much of pillows till now. I appreciated his patience and will come back soon to put my order in. Will be recommending to my friends and family to come visit the store!! Amazing customer service provided😊

I was very pleased with the service at Dreams Abingdon today. Josh , the sales person, guided us through the various options and features, explaining everything relevant to our purchase in detail. He was very efficient, informative and courteous.

Josh was friendly and helpful, offered us a drink and to try out the sleep match machine which was brilliant! Purchased a new mattress from here and couldn’t have asked for better service.

I went in looking for a bargain but as soon as the salesman realised I was serious about getting the best bed for my needs nothing was to much trouble.He even offered my son and I a cup of tea a couple of times. He explained all the pros and cons of each bed I tried and was never pushy and the time taken to decide was never a problem .

John from the Dreams in Abingdon was a huge help. We had an idea of the type of bed we wanted after looking online, but the help in store was really useful and John's knowledge really showed. We were well looked after and given honest input.

Great service, very friendly. Offered tea or coffee whilst browsing the store which is an excellent touch to the whole experience. The new Sleepmatch machine gave us the right and most supportive mattress which we are very happy with. Staff only greeted and said hello which is better than being pounced on. The variety of different mattresses were great. Would recommend Dreams to anyone.

Our visit to this store was awesome. After trying out the sleep machine we purchased our new mattress from the recommendations.
Becky, the sales lady was very friendly, knowledgable and passionate about her work. I would recommend this store 100% to anybody thinking about renewing their bed or mattress.

We were able to test the matresses at our leisure. We were given tea and coffee, too. Overall, they provided outstanding service.

A great selection of beds, excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and value for money. The Sleep Match machine was very useful when selecting the correct mattress for your sleep position too.

We were looked after by the very capable and lovely Becky. The store was extremely safe to visit with excellent social distancing procedures in place. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
