Wonderful store great produce and great staff parking at the back of store

A very friendly and helpful street. East to bring wheelchairs in.. can get busy over lunch time.

What great service! At such a busy time, a member of staff Shirley quickly whipped around the store and helped get all my Xmas day food shopping done! I would’ve been here for hours looking for stuff but she did everything for me in 10minutes! Big Up Shirley, have a great Xmas!!

Excellent food store with high quality breads and prepared food as well as the normal fruit and veg. It has a small clothing offering but you can order what you want online and pick it up there at a convenient time

I don't like M&S generally and avoid them. This however,was the best one I have seen so far. Wide assortment of everything and the fruit and vegetables section looked fresh

Staff are excellent and have been even more so since the lockdown began. They have been extremely professional at a difficult time for all. To all the staff at Epping M&S .....a big Thank- you.

During the corona virious epidemic,the whole staff have been exceptional and should get all the accolades they deserve,they have been working so hard and are excellent.next time you shop there ,thank them, it will mean a lot to them.

Very good choice of food. Seems to have sorted their Christmas ordering pick up service. Last year's was brilliant. No waiting.

Great food selection, very, very small clothes section but they do have things I haven't seen in my local M&S.

It's such a nice little store that seems to have everything you need. Only gripe, it would be good to have equal amount of checkouts at both entrances.

Spacious store filled with all you would come to expect from M&S food hall. Friendly helpful staff, wheelchair friendly.

Very good, marvelous food hall, shame it's not a full M&S. More of a shame is that Harlow council wouldn't allow M&S in the town centre wouldn't allow them to move to Edinburgh Way. X

I was very happy with my food order and the service from the marks and spencer.
The quality of the food was very good.

Hard to fault the best supermarket locally in epping. Late in the day shelves look sparse but that's understandable.

Lovely little shop. Can find some real bargains there. Freindly staff.
