B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

I was involved in a car incident on roundabout going into B & M store on Felixstowe Road. The security officer Dave Woodward was amazing. He looked after me & helped me contact my insurance company & guided through the process for nearly 2 hours!! A l

A really well stocked store, staff always so helpful.

I absolutely love shopping in here. The only thing I don't buy from there now are solar lights as every set I have bought (and there have been quite a few) never last the season or if they do they stop working shortly after! That's just been my experience though, apart from that it's a great shop for cheap things to make your home and garden look nicer, my grandchildren love it for the toys, they also have a great food range which is often cheaper than other places. Staff have been very helpful when I have unfortunately had to return items ( normally an item missing from the box)

Great store with lots of choice, catering for a variety of tastes.
A small selection of chilled foods and essentials, and cupboard food through to bedroom furniture and lots inbetween. Easy to park, wheelchair friendly entrance and lift to 1st floor.

Great choice in here... huge store! Very helpful member of staff kindly showed me to the mirror display. Take your purse! Full!

Sadly didn't have voile curtains but I managed to buy other bits. 😄

Good store with plenty of friendly staff, car park can get crowded making it hard to get out on busy weekend days. Great selection of items, I always come in for one thing but end up with more. The prices of most items has gone up significantly recently but I'm sure they'll equal out eventually.

Anything you buy at this store is great value, and this year was first time I got my summer bedding plants from B&M, from now on always get them there 😀.

I recently traveled to this b&m store in hopes of finding some relatively cheap but stable furniture following moving in to a new property, as I was in store I saw a member of staff who actually turned out to be the store manager (I can’t remember his name) he advised me what he had purchased for his own home and what he recommended which I am extremely grateful for. I went for 2 wardrobes a chest of drawers and 2 bedside units. He went above and beyond to ensure staff were available to help get all of the above to my vehicle and they didn’t leave my side until the load was secure. Thanks again to the manager of this store and to the colleagues he has. A real credit to b&m.

My favourite store, our local home and garden store at warren heath, Ipswich! All Staff especially their cashier's are lovely to deal with, cannot do more for you, great customer service, in a retail environment that currently is hard! Good range of products, really wish they sold garden pond filters and accessories, nothing within 5 miles. B & Q expensive, Argos doesn't sell, The range have great selection but not close to ip3!

It was good found what I wanted staff helpful

Visited for a few items, there was no need to queue as it was midweek and the store wasn't too busy, as usual at that time it was easy to observe social distancing and everyone that I saw were wearing face masks. The store was well stocked and clean and we managed to buy everything that we needed. The staff operating the tills were as usual friendly and polite.
