Emily at the Cribbs Causeway store was a credit to SCS .
Nothing was too much trouble even though we were needing a very specific type of sofa.
Emily showed us anything we needed to see n carefully measured all the pieces.
She also made a very good cup of tea .

The team at ScS couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating: I received great customer service from both Rob and Richard, who helped me with a tailor made package for my new home. I really appreciate all the guidance and the great offers too. I feel I have chosen well and have paid a very fare price for good quality furniture.

Lovely experience at SCS, it was lovely to walk around the store without being followed.
When I had made the choice with Alex's help, sorting out the rest was very easy. Thanks very much, will be back again.

We have visited a few times over the last few weeks and spoke with John both times!
He helped us a lot and made sure it was right for us.
Provided me with a cup of tea whilst we went through the payment and delivery as-well which was lovely!
I’d recommend this store specifically John if they can get him as he goes above and beyond to find what he can for you!

Greeted at the door......no pressure but help offered.
Masks and hand sanitiser available and used as per government guidelines.
John 5 was the assistant with whom we dealt. He was very helpful and knowledgable, extremely patient with my husband and I, and nothing was too much trouble. We went over the same ground a couple of times, so that we could get our heads around the options.
The final details were discussed with the store manager, who came to see if we were happy with the potential purchase and to ascertain we were well Informed , which we were. But it was a welcome opportunity to ensure and to reiterate all that we had been told by John 5. Great all round service.
What started out as a chore, and a worry about working within our budget, ended with us leaving the store feeling confident and happy about our purchases .

I purchased 2 & 3 seater leather settees.

Paul Drinkwater very patient as we sat on most of the settees downstairs and a few more upstairs. He was not pushy. I often leave shops when the staff are pushy.

The prices really compare well with other brands. The quality of the furniture seem very good. I look forward to my furniture being delivered.

Fabulous service!
Only went in to get a rough quote , came out about 20 minutes later having purchased a carpet! Delivery is within 3 weeks.
Salesman was a delight to do business with, no flannel, straight forward talking and explanations. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Just had our carpets fitted and the service was so good I had to give a review. Alex's crew were efficient, quick, tidy and polite. Very considerate and went above and beyond to make things perfect. Thank you Alex et al.

Hi ScS, it's always a pleasure to shop at your store, everyone is helpful towards me (I am a disabled ♿ pensioner) and was so grateful of Jack's help with the lift.
The delivery 🚚 men were outstanding, showed respect for my home by wiping their feet also making sure they didn't knock anything as they carried my new sideboard in, placing it perfectly, they were both polite, cheerful and considerate towards me.
I will always choose ScS first for furniture etc,

Really happy with our purchase!
We brought a model that was ready to take home as the original purchaser could not complete the order due to covid. A huge saving and delivery within a week. Very pleasant shopping experience too, we weren't pressured or forcefully upsold anything.
The delivery guys were great, we recived texts with their eta and a call 5 minutes before. Off the van, in the house and gone in 5 minutes! Wonderful.

We went to Cribbs Causway store last Tuesday. The salesman dealing with us was very helpful and entertaining. We had already seen the 3 piece we wanted but were unsure as our front room is quite small. Kiri who was our salesman measured everything for us and confirmed that the 3 piece was smaller than what we had and that reassured us. Good work Kiri . We now await the delivery of our furniture in September. I cannot wait.

Really good experience with Stuart during our visit

We we greeted by friendly staff who directed us to the sofas we were interested and then sat with us at each one to give us all the details. The staff were helpful and we ended up buying a very comfy, gorgeous sofa! 10/10 would recommend both the sofas and customer service!

Staff were extremely welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Were made to feel at ease from the first minute we entered the store.
No hard sell, very attentive without being over bearing.
We will definately return in the not too distant future.

I went to order carpets and the Gentleman that served me was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. It was such an easy process to order and arrange for someone to come and measure up. When the Gentleman arrived to measure he again was very professional and explained how and why he was ordering different sizes etc. Overall an easy process that I highly recommend.

Johnny (5) was polite and offered me a cup of coffee when I browsed the store. He checked upon a few times when I was testing out the sofas and had a friendly chat about the Christmas period before ordering. He went through and explained the options and extras. Will update when I have received my sofa from them.

Friendly staff, very helpful. And furniture arrived well before it was due. The gentlemen who delivered were friendly, tidy and helpful. They put sheets on our carpet to keep it clean. And we're very fast. Brilliant service all round.

I was attended to by Tatiana and I was immediately made to feel very welcome, comfortable and Tatiana was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the styles of sofas. Store was very COVID 19 safe at the time of our purchase. Staff were very helpful as we arrived telling us the rules. We were left alone to browse around the shop. When we decided what we wanted the store manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our purchase was very quick and all complete within about 30 mins as we paid cash. Would definitely reccomend your store
