I was very keen to get hold of a particular jumper and Hugo Boss Bristol bent over backwards to source one from another store. Fantastic level of service, thank you very much.

Zinedane - Most helpful member of staff ever! Helped us find the right size AND steamed the shirt so I wouldn’t have to iron it at the hotel!!! Provided bottle of water while we waited too. Thank you so much ❤

I came here to pick up a suit I bought online. The staff were friendly and helpful. My suit was excellent and I would definitely come back here again if I need another suit.

Went in on Saturday. Nile and Mike the manager were great. Genuinely nice people. Felt at ease with them discussing styles. They weren't pushy at all. It was the first shop I went to for some trousers, shirt and shoes and I got it all there as they were spot on. It's nice to go somewhere and feel at ease within a sales environment.
Nile in particular was able to inform me of how jackets can be ordered to my size. This had not been offered before. Mike arranged for trousers to be tailored to my exacting fit and even arranged for delivery to my address to save me the drive back. Just spot on!!
This will be my go to place from now on!!

The classic German brand is always on trend for a broad age range. The merchandising makes it easy to shop and laid back knowledgeable staff make shopping a hassle free experience.

Helpful staff. Good advice and opinion. I accidentally left my sunglasses in the changing room and the shop attendant chased me all the way down the mall to return them to me.
