My friend and I needed help with transferring pictures of our iPhone to a Mac. Fabian was not only helpful but exceeded expectations by helping us with our technical queries and even borrowing us with an iPhone cable since we forgot ours at home. Amazing customer service. Thank you Fabian

My 2-year old Apple Watch stopped working and I took it to the Genius Bar. Ward was very helpful diagnosing the issue and coming up with a solution. She was patient and understanding whilst battling systems that were down.

I ordered some items for my daughter's birthday online and collected them in the store. The staff are super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This branch of Apple is so much better than the one in central Bristol. There is simply no comparison between the two. Not only are the staff here all as excellent as each other but the shop is within the Mall where not only can you stay warm and dry out of the excesses of the British weather, but in addition parking is plentiful and free, and the road links although not always great, are always better than Cabot Circus area.

Without doubt the Apple Store service sets the standard for excellence in the area of retail mobile phones and related products. My visit was booked in advance and was swift, friendly and totally efficient. The products speak for themselves and the retail delivery provides the best frontier for delivery. Well done Apple.

Ok so I have previously been critical of Apple stores, but this one is seriously good. I had a faulty Pro Max 13, that had already been fixed once and was now out of the 1 yr warranty. I brought it here and Jay at the tech bar was great - after a few minutes he understood my frustration and gave me a brand new phone. This was fantastic service so credit where it’s due - the Cribbs store and in particular Jay are very highly recommended 👍

I was helped today at the Genius bar by Josh. He was so unbelievably helpful and even carried on talking with my Grandma and I after his shift. He solved the problem with my ipad straight away no hassle! I honestly couldn’t recommend enough and wouldn’t go anywhere else for help or to buy my phones ect🫶🏼

Laptop charger broke under warranty at 10am, booked an appointment for 12:45, had it fixed by 13:00. Helpful member of staff talked me through the process. Can't fault it really!

What a great experience. My daughter bought an I phone watch . The guy who sold it to us was called Tamas. What an amazing person he was . Explained everything to us patently. I know he was only doing his job but he looked like he was actually enjoying his job . These people are rare in retail. Absolutely a great sales person but no hard selling techniques. His nice mannerism alone made me by all the extras . Tamas good luck in whatever your future holds.
