All the staff are very friendly and helpful, shop here a few times a week

really friendly staff and a decent amount of variety for the size of the store.

Great shop.. Local for me so I find it convenient.. Staff are great except for one gentleman who's over friendly and kind of creepy sometimes... Apart from that.. Always fully stocked.. Friendly staff..

I went to this one stop, grabbed my items and went to the till only to be completely ignored by every staff member, I was waiting a few minutes and kept seeing them side-eyeing me as if they didn't want to serve me and continued to be tasking. I'm not the only person they were doing that too either, I've seen it happen many times in that store, customers have to keep searching for a staff member to come, they're so ignorant and impolite. If you don't want to serve your customers then don't be in retail.

I went to this store did my shopping. Then ask to speak to the manager.about a pay point problem .just wanted some advice..what I got as a response was verbally abused by a female member of staff .just would not stop ranting at me while I was trying to talk to the manager so ask manager is this the way you allow your staff to speak to paying customers .and his very childish unprofessional answer was she has been here longer than me .so that means he was happy for a member of staff to abuse paying customers
For no reason at all .if this is how One Stop want to do business.then they can do without the £200 plush I spend at the store every week I will shop where they have some respect for paying customers .

I recently visited ONE STOP and unfortunately had a very negative experience with a member of staff called Adam. I approached him with a query, but he was extremely rude and dismissive towards me, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. I felt disrespected and frustrated by his unprofessional behavior.

As a customer, I believe that it is important to receive good service from staff, and my experience with Adam was far from satisfactory. I hope that ONE STOP takes steps to ensure that their staff members are adequately trained in customer service skills and that they take customer complaints seriously.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at ONE STOP and I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

Horrible experience. Shop keepers were treating me like a tramp and would keep following me.

Try avoiding this store staff are over friendly to the point of becoming nosey they follow you around the store and don't let you shop in peace and you are instantly suspected of been a shop lifter I hate shopping here one guy there is especially annoying.

Some staff need to learn about being professional some language used by staff is very offensive.
