P&J Pet Superstore

I’ve been in a few time and been served by Lee what a credit to the company he is. His customers service skills are fantastic no rushing around chilled nice guy and very knowledgeable too, he helped me with my little puppy when we first got her and always remembers her when we pop back in it such a nice experience when we come and the prices are super cheap compared to the likes of pet at home! Also we have been the the other store in hull and was helped by many other people in that store all very pleasant and that’s why we keep coming back thank you to your amazing team members that’s why we will always use you☺

Very helpful :-) Helped me buy the aquarium, dismantle and carry it all to my car - Kept the cupboard to be collected later and also helped with that. Helped me choose the fish and how to maintain aquarium:-) Only downside - No clown fish yet, would be greatful if they can get me a pair since my son keeps harping on about it.

P&J Pet Superstore is a great place for all of your pets needs. Food and everything else. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a loyalty card which will help save you money, and on orders over £40 they will deliver it to you free of charge. There is also plenty of parking.

The staff was so lovely. I took my puppy in and the fella who served me was so good telling me what he can have and what he cant have. And what was best to start him on. He actually cares about the animals and took his time in talking to me. I couldn't recommend these enough honestly was so nice and polite.

Good array of animal foods, dog accessories, fish products, etc. Some good selection of toys, leashes/harnesses/etc.
sold salmon oil at a really good price and lots of bits for people doing kibble or raw food diets for their pups.
aisles might be a bit narrow for a wheelchair user.

Staff here are always pleasant and very helpful, they are very knowledgeable and give good advice. The store is well stocked with a comprehensive range of products for your pets whatever they may be.

We used the groom room today. We have a very nervous dog but the girl did a great job with him and she said he was very well behaved . Would definitely come here again.

Moved to the area 12 months ago. Since settled we got a couple of new puppies. Decide to give them a particular diet using a particular brand of raw do food. After using internet and another store found out that they supplied the brand as well. Fantastic service as now just ring up and order 20 boxes at a time. Once they have got them, they ring us to collect. Apart from the service, lovely staff and the cost is a third cheaper than buying off the internet. So internet is not always cheaper. Support local businesses like this.
