Great friendly staff. Always cheerful. Management need to appreciate them and sort out the defective sliding doors to keep them warm. It's freezing in there with the doors stuck open. Lack of respect for your No 1 staff. Don't lose them.

Nice staff, yes it is getting dearer and dearer for just a few items so it's getting rarer to go but the bargains on the night can be worth a trip.

The older lady serving behind the till today about dinner time-ish was having a conversation with a colleague next to her throughout the transaction process. I gave her my reusable bag to pack my items in to however she walked away continuing the conversation with her back to me and blanking me very rude I packed the items myself. Not impressed with the service given I usually receive fantastic service at my local store I'm a regular customer here and my mum is a regular customer here too so was shocked when this happened.

Guy serving with ginger/blonde hair wearing all gold rings so rude the first time I thought maybe he’s having a bad day but every time I’ve been since he is just the same, tonight he didn’t even say one word while serving me, didn’t tell me the price of my goods just put his hand out. No please or thank you, even when I said thank you as leaving he said nothing. Won’t be shopping here again as it’s a regular occurrence would rather drive 5 minutes more to somewhere with staff that have good customer service skills
