Very cordial atmosphere, the sellers are always polite. I am a customer who goes there often and they usually have the things that I need. Moreover, if I want some food that they not sell (that reminds me of home) they offer to order the next day. Sometimes they make me offers on some stuff. Thank you !

This shop is like a treasure. They have all the necessities you need, and don't even expect to find in your local store. The owner is very polite and welcoming.

One place that consistenly does British gas top up and the machine always works first time. Good reliable shop.

Local and only off licence on ben Johnson Road. There are no other off licence around this area so this place is very good and prices are reasonable

incredibly rude shop owner who lacks respect and customer service. we were trying to buy two bottles of water with card but there was a £5 card limit— no problem. we didn’t know how much the total was to make it £5 so we asked and he rudely pointed to the cash machine and was getting annoyed about it by waving his harms and kissing his teeth. we confronted him for being rude and he started getting defensive and shouting at us and refused to sell to us. we decided to leave the shop and was told to “fuck off” as we were leaving. this felt very racially motivated which is weird because this is a mostly south asian area. anyways you are better off going to the other shops across the road who have much kinder sellers.

Rude owner who lacks basic customer service skills, he also likes to make derogatory comments on Jewish people who are apparently stealing his money.

Numerous products on the shelf are out of date and there’s a £5 limit on card payments too. Won’t be coming back here and would advise you to stay away.

Incredibly rude and racist owner. Needs a class is customer service. The produce in the store is out of date and highly priced. Daylight robbery! The store is called "Lover's mini Market" should be called "Hater's mini Market" for the hate hurled in your direction especially if you are of an ethnic minority. Do not use this store if you have any human decency.

Also, they have a food hygiene rating of 1 but they don't display this in their window as is legally required.
