Lovely staff! Very friendly and helpful, and they do so much for the community!

The Co-op do a range of products, from dairy products, meat products, to Fairtrade items, like wines, chocolates, flowers and fruits.

The Colmore Row Co-op supports different charities in Birmingham, and the staff are always keen to make a positive difference to those around them.

Staff are also very professional and go above and beyond in helping customers in store.

Located in the Colmore Business District in Birmingham, it's a great place to grab a meal deal on the go.

Great place, have a range of food, was served by a friendly staff member (mike) was having a bad day but he cheered me up 👍😄

As usual, shopping in this store is a pleasure! Staff are so nice and on the ball (including security guard) and make you feel welcome. Co op has some great staff in this store and always well stocked and efficient on tills.
If only every shop could be like this one!

I popped into Co-op at 1 Colmore Row Birmingham B3 2BJ today.
I had a lovely warm welcome from the security and staff. Ask for Jakub lovely guy. I had my facemask on, I feel invisible sometimes, but, they made my day with a simply Good Morning as eye contact occur. The selection of beautifully fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables caught my eye to adventure inside. I compare prices and was happy a few special offers was among my groceries list I was looking for, I saved myself a few pounds.
The bakery section with cakes hypnotize my nose senses with freshness. The shop was bigger than I expected from an outside view with 100% cleanliness. The crowd of people in
the store bobbing and weaving amongst the aisles with big enough spaces for pushchair or wheelchair users. Plenty of open cash out tills with all friendly staff to help you or self service if you prefer .
I will definitely revisit again to pick up a bargain.

On Tuesday 13th of August I dashed into this store to use the ATM, in doing so I inadvertently left my phone on top of the machine. I didn't notice I'd left it until some time later; on returning to the store someone - a member of the staff I believe - had found it, keeping it secure. I didn't think I'd ever see it again; many thanks guys I am so grateful! Terrific store too by the way x

I would like to thank the staff at the Co-OP this morning, I wasn't feeling well when I walked in the shop to get some pain killers and the staff noticed it and promptly. I believe it was the store manager I didn't get his name, he kindly helped me to recover gave me a chair to seat and was very helpful. Thank you so much.

This is a great shop, really handy for Snow Hill Station, it's got 10 self scan tills so quicker queuing time and loads of range for a store this size. In store bakery, Costa Coffee machine, fresh fruit and veg, lots of food to go and hot food. The staff are super friendly too and 10% student discount.

Satisfied to the Brim! Fancied a nice 3 price meal deal with a nice caramel choccy (was thinking of having a good old dairy milk but wanted to spice things up), pack of walkers own ready salted (call me boring, ha) and a good old Caesar wrap as usually id have a triple cheese but the missus thinks I’m putting on a bit of timber so I’m trying to cut down. Anyway, I couldn’t find the choccy and Caesar wrap and the staff were friendly but seemed to lack experience so I asked for a manager (not in a cruel way) out steps Moe Spencer I think his name was, anyway without a stutter he told me aisle 11 without even thinking about it, pointed it out like it was his own cupboard. Made my day!! Cheers Moe.

The store resembles a similar layout to when it was a Little Waitrose. However, first impressions of the store are good with a wide variety of products that are great value! Modern and bright inside and open late too!

I get COOP stuff from deliveroo as there's none nearby my area. When lve gone in the staff are great. During the lockdown restrictions l was able to get stuff from John Lewis via click and collect at this Coop =). 🛒No complaints! And l love their éclairs too 👍🏾

Great store to have in the city centre. The store is clean and well laid out too with a large variety of stock available in store. Staff are very attentive.
