Marinestore Chandlery

Great online chandlery. I've ordered a full set of Trudesign seacocks - all unequal fittings and elbows. Marinestore had the lot at the most competitive price I could find. Delivery was quick and comms with the Marinestore team were great. No issues in recommending this business. I've had completely the opposite experience to the people who have posted poor reviews.

Brilliant online service. Ordered a lambswool cleaning pad which arrived quickly as promised. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

I have been purchasing here for 4+ years now, in the lovely shop almost weekly, only disappointment was that I haven't gotten a invite to a Christmas dooo yet.

Staff are all lovely and helpful. They don't always have everything you could need but will order anything they don't have in for you.

Belated review from first UK Covid lockdown.
I wanted some marine paint to paint my external garage and front doors. I called the shop with a few questions and they were super helpful with the answers provided. I didn’t know whether to buy a smaller amount or larger amount as I was unsure on required number of coats - they suggested smaller, and place a 2nd order if required, to save me money. I was placing a “mail order” order including delivery and when they heard my address was within 5 miles of the shop they said don’t worry a member of staff will drop the order off onto your doorstep, with no delivery charge. I ended up needing a second order and once again it was hand delivered.
Real old-school ‘nothing is too much trouble’ service. This is the sort of local specialist shop we should all be supporting. Highly recommended.

Best price online by at least 20% for the item I ordered, which was delivered within 48 hours. A part was missing, through no fault of theirs, and they replaced it 24 hours after I reported it over the phone. Excellent all round - I would shop there again, and recommend others to do so too.

Did a late order for some difficult to ship items online from marinestore.co.uk - Various two pack paints, as well as all the rollers and so on.

Arrived promptly, in time for me to make the most of the good September weather at the weekend.

Everything was very well packaged, so nothing was damaged in transit.

We desperately needed a stove for a customer and was told by the manufacturer there was none in the UK. Charlotte @ marinestore went above and beyond to not only source the impossible but also get it delivered the next morning. Has to be one of the friendliest best companies in the East of England. Would highly recommend!

We were thinking of getting a Cobb BBQ and had some questions. The staff at marinestore were very helpful and contacted their distributors as they didn't know the answer to a question. They called back within a couple of hours with the answer. They honestly couldn't have been more polite or helpful. The Cobb arrived and it is brilliant. Cant recommend Marinestore or the Cobb BBQ enough.

WELL DONE, MARINESTORE !!!!! I've ordered a simple item from them and received back the package with a small card inside saying: "Please excuse the appearance of some of our boxes; we recycle as many as possible.Our green chip filling is produced from 100% recycled and reclaimed polymer, 90%of which is post consumer waste. If we have used these chips in your parcel,you'll be pleased to know they will degrade within 9-60 months and are 100% recyclable! We aim to package our products to the highest of standards to ensure your goods arrive safely, whilst respecting our planet". I was really impressed. It was obvious someone had to think how to pack safely and using recycled boxes.Bravo for the whole team, for your effort and a Happy New Year . IRINA.

Couldn't go inside the shop, but was served from the door. Extremely helpful staff there, can't wait to go and have a proper look round post lockdown. It's an hour's drive for us, but well worth it.

Lovely atmosphere and when I search prices they are always competitive.

Received my life jackets promptly as promised , excellent service and even had a packet of Haribo supermix in the box ( my favourites )

Great business with excellent customer service from the staff behind the tills. A huge selection of top nautical brands such as Helly Hansen, Musto, Henri Lloyd and more.

Excellent selection of chandlery. A little on the pricey side but to be expected in the age of online shopping. Need to be a little lucky with the parking.
