Just been in to buy cat food. Keira served us, she was brilliant, so friendly and showed genuine concern for me when I went to pay and thought I’d lost my phone (payment method) in the store somewhere (I’d left it in the car lol). Very patient and empathetic, an asset to the company!

The store was tidy, cool on a very hot day, service was fast and exceptional. Perfect experience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff on food products for my fussy dogs, suggested a different feeding routine and times, gave me the option to buy products that might help but I certainly didn't feel under pressure to purchase anything.

I went to buy a harness for my small dog and having had a previous one that she slipped on a main road, I knew the importance of getting a good, safe fit. I was helped by a member of staff called Alice, who couldn't do enough to help me. Her knowledge about the products available was brilliant and also her concern for my dog to get a harness that fitted well and was safe was absolutely amazing. She really cares for customers and their furry friends and this showed in the service she gave and it is this latest experience of Pets at Home that has made me keen to go back for all my pet needs. So, thank you Alice - you have definitely won a more regular customer after I came in for that harness, we've walked miles and I don't think I've ever had one that feels more secure. Outstanding service!

Brilliant store. Free parking and plenty of it. Range of products and prices is outstanding. Friendly staff, who are always helpful and knowledgeable. VIP Lifelines is an amazing initiative and the 'Collect in Store' when ordering online is great, as you can collect up to 8pm. Highly recommend.

Great range of products here & good stock of required products too. Staff were really friendly, helpful when we asked questions and very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

My little staffy was terrified of the vets, but this week she willingly walked in.
There is a very nice young lady works there, Nicola I think, and she is fantastic with my dog.
In fact I have always received first class service from all the staff.
