What great staff...from the till operatives(man and woman on shift at about 3p.m. on 9.5.24)to charming ,brave security guard..a credit to Sainsbury's.

A lovely lady called Emily answered the phone to me this morning. I was trying to get a newspaper added to the delieveroo. She was an absolute star. I can't praise her enough. Thank you Emily. Happy Xmas.

Great little store but limited beer selection , well placed tho opposite train station and near busy bus stops.

Thanks to Nadia for spotting that I was anticipating my bus arriving, she opened a till and served me there and then! I just missed my bus at the bus stop outside Sainsburys but, I actually (somehow) managed to run to the next bus stop and hop on it at the stop after! Legendary =)

Clean and tidy staff are friendly nice to see security back at the store as I saw him catching someone I use the shop everyday Good place

Well stocked with essentials, staff do a great job and are very friendly and helpful, particularly the till staff.

Good to pop into if just going to or coming from the station, staff always very patient and very helpful

Standard Sainsburys local but David who works there is excellent.

Sainsbury local is a collection of products with pocket friendly price. I visited the one in tundbridge wells and the experience was wonderful. The arrangement and the court layout is something desirable. It creates a sense of welcoming. The staff were welcoming always willingly to give helpful hand. Fantastic culture. Well done guys

Always handy for basics, with a good range of fresh food. Even if I can't fund exactly what I wanted there's usually a substitute available. I find the layout confusing and the checkouts are cramped. The staff are friendly and helpful, however.
